I took my ASUS G74SX in for a very simple monitor replacement. They took four months to tear it apart, give it an incorrect diagnosis, make me pay $70 for a cord, then had the nerve to tell me that the cord was not the issue and that I needed to replace the monitor. They returned my laptop with a 25% refund on the cord and gave me a destroyed computer that used to be mine. I gave it back demanding they fix it. After two months of troubleshooting I was promised a replacement and was given back the same laptop I was given before with just enough used parts to make it barely work. The monitor is still broken and I have lost four months I can never get back and spent $40 dollars to let a one star company butcher my computer and tell me it was a terrible brand. .
