I have purchased a LOT of tires in the past ten years from Michel Tires on Colerain Avenue in Cincinnati Ohio for my car and my kids’ 4 cars. I have purchased 4 tires for my own car and ALL four have had slow leaks in the past 9-12 months. I take my car up to Michel Tire as I have road hazard and wait for at least two hours every time for them to repair or replace the tire and CHARGE me the pro ration even though they say each time, ” Whoever put your tires on didn’t clean the corrosio of of the rim so that’s why they go flat.” DUH – MICHEL TIRE put them on!!! And they have the nerve to charge me!!! Not only is it getting to be an expense, it’s a huge hassle to come out of work and have a flat tire. I spoke with Eric this morning and made an appt to bring my car in tomorrow and he’s already giving me “the speech” about how he will have to pro rate my tire, etc REALLY? I think not. The ONLY reason I go to Michel Tire is that I ourchased the tires there before I found out they don’t behind their products. I had my oil changed there last year and they FORGOT to put oil in! All they said when I got home and realized it was ,”sorry”. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy! .
