I decided to buy from MicroMall on the Amazon marketplace and after receiving the product it was deemed to be defective and broken beyond use. I contacted them for a refund and the customer service rep they have replying to the emails is always emailing all hours of the night really late. When they do email they always tried to ive me the run around and make up a bunch of lies that were obviously not true as it’s all documented on amazon. After I finally got the seller to provide a shipping label after they kept lying I needed to close it first which again is not true as amazon says not to close claim until issue is fully resolved as after an a to z claim is closed it cannot be reopened. After they received the item back in the mail they finally emailed multiple times 2 days later claiming that I need to close the claim first and kept saying they promised they would refund after which is a scam as after you close the claim and given their history of lying and being dishonest had I closed the claim they more than likely would’ve not refunded anything at all and than their would’ve been nothing you could do. .
