I dropped off my jacket for dry cleaning service on 4/30/2016. The staff asked me if the material was leather or not as she couldn’t read the washing instruction in a foreign language. I told her that from limited words I could understand from the label, it wan’t made of leather. So she just accepted it. However, when I picked up the jack on 5/7, I found that the material on shoulders and collar was damaged and I complained to them. The staff said that they had to submit the case to the store manager for review. On next Monday, the same person called me and claimed that they were not responsible for the damage, as they couldn’t understand the label and the damage was just normal reaction to their standard clean process. They didn’t even try to appologize. This is my favorite jack that I bought when travelled oversea. It cost me at least $150. I want an apogology from the store and to be compensated for this loss.
