A trip to Millennium Family Entertainment Center sounded fun. The warm and welcoming atmosphere on arrival felt great.
I noticed other customers weren\’t pleased with the situation in the rental area. A function cancellation allowed for the unhappiness of people at the center.
I witnessed mistreatment to customers and the unpleasantness of staff toward the public.
Bystanders looked on while the employees showed disrespect to clients.
I had the worst customer\’s service at Millennium Family Entertainment Center.
The center doesn’t work with special needs children and doesn\’t care for special needs, nor for the provision of any customer.
Routine maintenance doesn’t exist in the entertainment center.
I found this place and thought it would be a good idea to explore new surroundings. Fun times are not at this place and had no idea of how the unfriendly staff would react toward me. At Millennium Family Entertainment Center, I don’t see the fun for the family. I waited for an hour to purchase tickets and no one bothered to rush the queue. The slow process of purchasing tickets lost me time to go-kart racing with my friends. Rides are short and for a high price.
It has been a disappointment to experience the poor quality of karts and the lack of safety to customers. The crowd built up by the evening and there was no control at security or at the entrance gates.
It isn\’t what I expected at the facility. Staff yelled at customers to move to one side of the line.
Customers queued in line to purchase tickets and the noise got louder. The cold and unsalted food served an hour late, added to my list of negative issues experienced at Millennium Family Entertainment Center. I don\’t recommend the center from the bad experience I had there. There are no good customer service and no good communication skills there. I didn\’t feel comfortable with any part of this trip. A poor and sad state of work at this place.
There’s no compensation for no working laser tags. It is expensive and the staff isn’t helpful toward customers. I paid to have kart rides and didn\’t get the opportunity to ride karts due to the faulty laser tags.
The entertainment turned unpleasant and no fun for the family from the bad customer’s service shown to us. I had high expectations at Millennium Family Entertainment Center instead, got the worst treatment and wasn\’t an enjoyable day.
There were no apologies for the cold food served at the entertainment center and no employee made the day comfortable and happy for customers. A fun time is short and isn\’t worth what you spend there.
I don\’t want this experience for other people. Employees aren\’t informative about prices over the phone. I got there and wasn’t impressed with the expenses of food and other entertainment expenses.
No recommendation for no respect, no communication, for the worst customers service and for the lack of all amenities at these facilities.
