I have my decision being there to ask them for and kind of help. It was totally unacceptable when I was kept waiting for long and finally, when things began to feel like yes I will be given the preference, it was time for them to leave. They think they build custom homes but in short, they get the people to lose their patience. I was surprised to see how they extracted money after money and got me nothing more than what is called as a failure instead of the Home I demanded. They promise you to get you your place in Virginia but guess what they take away your night sleep because you keep reminding them every time that this need to be done now and that need to be done tomorrow. Lack of coordination and lack of support is what I called them. They didn’t even care for what was my demands and instead, they looked for what they can provide. Hated being a part of this company indirectly. I would have never taken their service if it as not urgent but still, now nothing can be done. But something which could have been done was change the service providers and I did the same, backed out and stopped paying them. Their service by means of a reviews trust, I guess I was a fool for sure and hate being a person who trusted someone out there just like that. I would request anyone out there thinking to take their service to stop and think before what you do so that you don’t make a fool out of yourself and fool out of your money as the same is a hard-earned one and needs to be spent wisely.
