I just recently have gone to NCU for my masters degree. It started ok but as I got further into this they treat you like a customer and not a student. I had an assignment due but that failed because they found plagiarism in that assignment. I have turned it in to turn it in plagiarism checker and it came back 0% to include bibliograhies to account for a better % percentage ratio. I am not a cheater I dont want to be called one or ever hear than word This was not a problem but frustrated me and the overall problem is treating you like a customer and not a student. If someone was available they were busy or not available. If available it seemed like to me they are hiding information from you. I am a graduate at the University of Phoenix and had no problems with them. Instructors. They need to be readably available or give a time when they are in to give advice. I did not see it here. I skyped the Instructor and I get feedback a day late when I needed that day for shure. I am not bad mouthing this Univesity but people need to be aware of what is going on if they go here. Overal grade I give for this University is a D minus on the average .
