It was Sunday, the day of holiday when I suddenly faced a severe pain in my tooth. I immediately looked for a dentist who could help me to get rid of this unbearable pain. I searched for various options but hardly found any. Due to Sunday, every clinic was closed. But suddenly I got to know about MONARCH DENTAL who provides services to their patients even on Sundays and therefore I went to them.
Unfortunately when I reached at their clinic, doctor wasn\’t there. It was really very upsetting to see that doctor isn\’t present in the emergency. The pain was increasing and there no indication for the coming of the doctor. After one and half hour of waiting, finally the doctor came. I immediately went to him and told my problem. He further asked me to wait and again I waited for half an hour since he was busy over a call. This was really unexpected since the first duty of a doctor should be to treat his patients. I really didn\’t get good services by them. I faced very much hardships.
Later when he started my treatment, he was using the tools very roughly and unprofessionally. The surgery was really very painful. He even charged me more claiming that it is Sunday so the fees is more where as they haven\’t mentioned anywhere that on Sundays they charge extra fees.
Even after paying such a huge amount, I didn’t get good services and was very much disappointed by their behaviour. I would never recommend anyone to visit their clinics for any treatment. The doctor is really very irresponsible towards his duties and don’t even know the ethics of his profession.
I was really very amazed when I saw him talking over phone and not attending his patient who was in urgent need of treatment. His license should be soon cancelled.
Beware of these Fake Dentists
They are very unprofessional and they do not even know how to take care of their patients. They have very little knowledge of dentistry and cheat innocent people into investing a huge sum of money who believe they are actually getting a genuine treatment done. I recently came across this site for dental check-up and decided to take my mother-in-law to get her dental cleaning done so I took an appointment for her at the clinic. I accompanied her to visit the doctor who on examining said that she has been infected with pyorrhoea so she needed to get her incisors replaced as soon as possible and that they will do the replacement in the clinic itself. We decided to do the operation but what happened then was beyond my imagination.
After a few hours of replacing my mother-in-law’s tooth, she started feeling an intense pain in her jaws and following which it started bleeding. Then we had to rush her to a nearby hospital where it came to our knowledge that while replacing the tooth they have hurt her fibrous joints that binds the teeth to the bones. We immediately decided to go and visit the dentist in the clinic but this time we were not allowed to see him even after requesting and informing them of the emergency that had popped up because of them. The behaviour of the receptionist was very rude and they called the security and asked them to push us out of the clinic. However we came out of there and also filed a complaint against the doctor. At first we thought that this was unintentionally done and that it was a mistake but after how they treated us at the clinic we were sure that these dentists are utterly unprofessional and underrated doctors who may have got a fake degree and trick people into believe that they are genuine.
On December 2,2014, I had a scheduled
On December 2,2014, I had a scheduled appointment with Dr.Patel to get crowns for upper left and right K-9 And 1 tooth at the bottom left that also needed to be removed. I expressed how important the two front teeth were to me by stating ” I smile a lot”. She said don’t worry we are gonna have you all fixed up. When she got to the left side her assistant took over to do impressions and place temporary crown on. She seem to be having problems with this particular tooth. I asked for the Dr to take a look at the temporary crown that she because I was not satisfied. Expressing again I smile a lot. When Dr Patel took a look at her work she immediately fix it where I couldn’t tell it was a Temp. Dr Patel call me the next following day to check on my condition. On December 30, 2014 I had to schedule an appointment for the permanent crowns. I feel that Dr. Patel knew that tooth number 10 was next to the teeth that was work on by her assistant. On January 19,2015 while eating breakfast tooth 10 split on the left side which is also a crown. I immediately called Monarch dental and explained to them what had happen. That examined the tooth no X-rays where taken. She stated the she would have to either pull it or replace the crown. Then referred me to finance for the cost. The secretary printed out me a bill of 1800 and stated that my portion after the insurance would be 572.00 before they even start working on the problem. I left the office very disappointed and the staff did not seem to care.
