I ordered a necklace from this company for Christmas for my mother. I ordered a monogrammed gold necklace with myself and my sister’s name on it. I got the necklace and I absolutely loved it, I paid $149 for this. I went to see my mother and February 2 months after Christmas and the necklace was completely tarnished almost silver and you could not even see the names. I spent two weeks trying to get a hold of someone at monogram hub, once I was finally able to get a hold of someone it took another week for them to send me a shipping label. I waited two weeks before I heard from anybody if they’ve even received my necklace that was after emailing them daily. They told me that they must of been a faulty item And that they would remake it. I didn’t hear from anyone for another month until I received a shipping email that the item has been shipped out. A week later I got the necklace only to open it and find that they spelled my sister’s name wrong. It took another week to get a hold of someone to let them know that they had made a mistake which I find impossible to do considering her name was on the records all they had to do was just copy it over. They made me take pictures and send it into them to confirm the mistake before sending me another shipping label. I sent the necklace out almost 3 weeks ago and is still not heard a single word from them. I have probably sent 10 emails and the only way to contact them is by email. So here I said almost 5 months later no necklace and my mom has been without the necklace that long. No one has communicated with me they received the necklace or that they had fixed it or anything I’ve not heard a single word. So now I’m trying to figure out if I am just out $149 or maybe I’ll get the necklace and a couple of months or what considering no one will communicate with me I don’t have a clue. Never in all my years have I ever dealt with such a disrespectful noncommunicating company.
