I bought two USB cables from online store and when I received the package there was only one cable. I made a picture and contacted Monoprice support right away. They promised to find out what happened and later when they contacted me they said that was a terrible mistake and promised to fix everything. They said that I’ll get my USB cable within a couple of weeks, but they were not able to tell when exactly and that was strange. In the end I got nothing. Every time I contacted them they said I need to be more patient and that’s all they did. I’m only glad that USB was not expensive. I would not recommend this website to anyone and I will not buy from them again.
