The monroe county court house takes both hourly rates and goes off a 40 hours week even if you do not make 40 hours and can prove that. They do not care if your car get take by the bank do not care if you are struggling to get back or if you are paying for your childs preschool or if you are attending school your self. Thats your problem. That court hourse needs to be shut down. And if you are thinking about getting joint custudy you better have a good case because the women do not have to prove they are a more fit parent only the men who want to be in there child lives.
