I have been tattooing for to long and dealt with a lot of suppliers and I would have to say these guys are the WORST, Stainless steel tube are not stainless one run through the ultra sonic and these things discolor and look rusted. Led sign has been sent back two times thus far due to the fact that it doesn’t work.The service dept takes a stance like I’am a shmuck and if I don’t like it I can piss off. Well I spend about $4000 a year to supply my shop and Monster Steel is guaranteed not to see another dime of it.
