2/21/19 I purchased a table and chair set and was told it could not be returned, but had 3 days to cancel the order. 2/22/19 After thinking about their NO RETURN policy, I decided to cancel the order and spoke to Shannon at phone number 866-486-7435 at 2:57 pm MST. She advised she”d take care of cancelling. She did NOT 2/27/19 I got a call from Security – I live in a gated community – and they advised there was a delivery truck from Mor that needed the OK to deliver. I advised them no, that was to be cancelled. I called the number above again, and spoke to Alexis at 10:07 am MST and she advised the order didn”t get cancelled, but that she would cancel and return the full amount. 3/6/19 I called once again because only $432.19 was returned to my credit card, they did not return the $30. delivery fee. Note, they never delivered anything. I spoke with Lisa at 4:21 CST and she advised she would take care of that day, and I would get my return in 7-10 days. That never happened 4/11/19 I called AGAIN at 10:27 am MST and spoke with a Kimberly who advised that yes, I was still owed the $30 delivery charge. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she refused to connect me to a supervisor, explaining she could take care of it. She promised to have the return processed today, and I should have it back by next Friday, April 4/18. I doubt it will happen. Fourth attempt. Regardless of whether they return this money or not, this is the WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCE I”ve ever had. It”s my opinion they just keep putting me off figuring I will give up and go away. What a terrible way to do business I won”t go away. I advised that I was sending a complaint. thank you

Bought $4500 worth of product from them, they said they were going to deliver next day, as a matter of fact, garaunteed next day by 7PM. Around 530 got a cal, and they realized they don”t deliver to my area on Saturdays, only Sunday. Upset, told them to credit my delivery than, they agreed after talking with 3 different people. NO SHOW ON SUNDAY! Now I”m hot, Mor didn”t realize the shipping department was already overbooked, and tried to get out of it. I flat out told them, if it”s not here by Sunday at 7PM they could take my order and refund my money. It showed up at 530! Now the financing side of it. Our bill didn”t show up, called, they confirmed address, told me I had to call Welss Fargo, called them, they never got any p/w, finally got it, 1st month bill $35 late fee, no credit becuase they never go any returned mail(even though they didn”t have p/w from the store) 2nd month no bill again, charged another late fee, plus my previous late fee go a charge because it wasn”t paid in full. Total late fees for there discrepancy $100. Don”t use Mor, don”t use Wells Fargo financing. ALL A JOKE!!!

Bought bedroom set on 5/18/11, scheduled delivery appt for 2 wks out due to delivery restriction in senior apt complex. i was told no problems would arise if we schedule a date in advance boy were they WRONG. on 6/2/11 i received a confirmation of delivery where rep informs me that they can not deliver until after 5pm:. i told rep we could not have delivery after 6pm, rep replied well we deliver up to 12 pm!. i repeated delivery was confirmed two weeks out so this problem would not happen and repeated you are delivering to a senior complex, rep not understanding or willing to accommodate my need then hung up on me?. so i drove to store in riverside ca to speak with mgr but mgr refered me to saleman whereby he calls warehouse and re-explains delivery need and sets up appt for 2-6pm on 6/4/11|. on 6/4/11 we receive a second call from warehouse stating they will not deliver until after 8pm other wise delivery would have to be rescheduled, i inform rep this is not exceptable and decide to drive back to store and speak with mgr, mgr was so unprofessional i had to ask for his name, he never introduced himself to me, . i explain situation for the fourth time and mgr pulls up my acct on computer as he huz and hims over notes then tells me there is nothing he can do’. at this time im totally disgusted and asked if he new what customer service was HE LAUGHED AND STATES IM NOT PLAYING GAMES, i replied this is not a game and the way i have been treated obviously shows your company has no idea what customer service is:. needless to say i cancelled my order… i will never go back to that store or suggest it to anyone as far as im concerned mor furniture is so quick to sell you furniture but not willing to back up the so called mission statement “customer service is our highest priority” what a joke…

BUYERS BEWARE!! We recently purchased a table from the local MOR Furniture store in Tigard Oregon. What was showed up in the box was nothing like the table on the showroom. The color was different and there was a noticeable difference in the quality! MOR refused to follow their “our goal is satisfied customers” and the they were downright a-holes. During our discussion with the salesperson “JR” he never once mentioned that purchases could not be returned, only that if we were dissatisfied (i.e. what he meant was defective) with our purchase we could return it within 7 days. The table was in stock at their local warehouse and had to be picked up. First thing that was that was suspect was that “JR” made us initial the receipt in like 7 places for a table that we were paying for with cash. He then gave us a map to the warehouse and put our receipts inside a nice yellow folder with their logo and with nice big writing about how their goal is satisfied customers blah blah, circled the important points, but somehow failed to point out the fine print on the inside stating “all sales final”. When I picked up the table it took 30 minutes of waiting, I was asked to show ID, and for some reason they had to make a photocopy of my drivers license before I would be allowed to take it. I also had to sign yet another form that seemed like it was a standard kind delivery acknowledgement, but on closer inspection there”s a number of small print disclaimers about how once you pick up your item there”s no returns etc. After we got the table home and assembled we realized very quickly that it wasn”t the item that we thought we were buying. We called “JR” at the number he circled and got a call center. We explained the situation and were informed that there would be no returns, and the customer service person then connected us to “JR” at the store and the guy was a total ###. Said no returns and then pointed out where all the fine print was in the documentation. I have bought furniture many many times over my lifetime from a lot of different places, I have not had to return many items ever because you usually get what you pay for, this is not the case with MOR. Honestly I have never seen such a deceptive way to do business, and the fact that all their forms, even the nice little folder they put your receipts into for you has all this pre-printed disclaimers speak volumns to what to expect and is a warning sign to all. Do not buy furniture from MOR it”s a total bait and switch. I plan on filing my complaint with the better business Bureau immediately. Buyers beware!

Do not buy anything from Mor Furniture if you expect to actually receive the furniture. It has been 3 months since I purchased furniture and accersories from mor – I have yet to receive everything. Promises are made to make the sell and then yiou keep receiving calls telling you that the items are not in stock. They call you every two weeks and tell you Sorry your shipment has been delayed for two weeks. Once you do receive any items they are damaged and yiou have to return them. I have had to return items 3 different delivery times. Absolutely un-believeable!!! The same items! Good luck with ever receiving your items, and I paid Cash! Sure they want their money up front, but they don”t deliver their end of the bargain. I will never ever buy another item from this store – And I highly suggest that yo don”t either!!! DO NOT BUY FROM MOR FURNITURE!!! We have been dealing with a customer service nightmare for months. We bought a 2 piece leather sofa set. When it was delivered, it was not installed properly. They did not put on a supporting leg that we didn’t know existed. When the couch started to sag a few months later, we turned the couch over and we figured out what was wrong, they told us we should have noticed within three days of installation and we were out of luck. We bought the extended warranty and the couches were supposed to be covered for a year anyway without it. After days of being told about three different “policies” that would absolve them of taking responsibility, they finally sent someone out to look at it. This meant having to take a day off work so they could come during a 4 hour service window. When they came, the person confirmed that the couch would have to be replaced. There was no follow up phone call, we had to do that to see when they would be delivering the new couch. When the day finally arrived, they changed the service window on us with two hours notice. We could not be home since we already worked around the first window that was confirmed the day before. They told us we would have reschedule for another day if we weren’t home at 10 instead of 11. After more back and forth the truck pulled up at 11:20. The man tried to talk me into not switching the couches and said he could fix it because he didn’t want to have to carry the couches in and out of the house. I told him I wanted the new couch and asked him to put it in a different place and he told me no because he was already doing me a favor by switching the couches. Once the sofa was installed, I noticed they installed pieces that were not installed on the loveseat. When I mentioned it, the man said, “the other people didn’t do their job correctly”. So I had to call customer service yet again to ask for the missing pieces. Now we are at it again. This company is sketchy and does not stick to their policies. Their customer service will do anything to not help you and all of the supervisors are “unavailable”. I think they are trained to run you in circles until you give up. I will never buy from them again.

Don”t ever use HSBC Retail services if you want to apply for credit at MOR Furniture. You will absolutely regret it. The customer services is as poor as it can get. Don”t expect them to be able to answer your questions and don”t expect any return letters or phone calls. When you ask them a simple question, they all acted like robots and spit out the same ridiculous answers. They claim they can”t access your account past one year. They claim they have not made any mistakes. Don”t believe me… go to /link removed/ or householdwatch.com or complaintboard.com and type in HSBC Retail Services. Once my account is paid off I will never ever purchase from MOR Furniture. I even went through them to try to resolve my problems with HSBC and they told me just to pay my bill and shut up.

Hello my wife and myself f went to longs back in March of 07 to buy furniture and one of the sales rep informed me of the mors credit. So i applied and was given a credit of $1600 and i saw a nice sectional for $1999. I was only going to get one side of the sectional and pay the other side with cash, but the sales rep talk me into getting the entire sectional once we filled out the paper work everthing came to $2068, but the catch was the sales people that were there lied to us bout what the store credit was. There store credit is a lease program and there lease fees are over the top when we tried to complain about the misinfo to the Manager he stated that he was sorry but we are still obligated to the contract… Just want everyone to know. Here is a scam that More Furniture is pulling… I bought a couch and loveseat combination on 1/17/06 using their no interest until 2011. A new promotion is introduced a few days later, no interest until 2009 and they will pay sales tax. So I go back to the store (since I still had not received my original order which ETA was 2/2/07) and decide Ill change to the 2009 and end up saving $68 and some change. Well when I try to make the update, they say the couch/loveseat price has increased $50. This is the scam.. offer to pay sales tax, but increase prices to make up for the difference. Hi Mor furniture delivered a broken dining table, torn sofa, and a bed of 2 different colors! My wife and I (newly weds), went to mor furniture showroom in tempe AZ, on the 25 of September 2009. We were looking for a dining room, living room, and bedroom. We looked around and were surprised at the nice things that they have. The prices were within our budget so we bought the following furniture: 1- dining room set and chairs for 800$ 2- reclining sofa and recliner for 1000$ 3- coffee table and 1 end table for 250$ 4-1 dining table, 2 benches and 2 chairs for 700$ 5-1 cal king bed, 1 dresser and mirror, and 1 night stand for 750$ We were amazed on how affordable the prices are. When we bought the above items, the sales person confirmed that everything is in stock and that the only thing that is missing is the cal king bed, and we should wait for it about 2 weeks. We agreed and said we can wait after we get back from honeymoon and we will receive the furniture. While we are on honeymoon, we received a call from mor furniture and they said that the reclining chair is back ordered and they are expecting it to arrive on November 5, 2009. We said that is ok as long as the sofa gets delivered. A week later, we get another call that the dresser is also out of stock and that we have to wait for that until November 23, 2009. We said thats a long time to wait for the dresser, but then we said what can we do.. its alright we can wait. The delivery date came, and they scheduled from 3pm-7pm on Saturday Oct 17, 2009. My wife and I were heading to a have picnic at the lake close to where we live around 1pm, when we receive a call saying that the delivery will be there in 10 minutes! I was like wow, 2 hours prior to the time window they gave us! I turned around and head back home. 10 minutes later they show up. they started unpacking things. First, the brought in the bed rails, 2 were brown and 2 were yellowish in color. We mentioned that this is not acceptable and that we will not accept this item. second they brought in the dining table. While they were putting it together they noticed that one of the screws is not stable. So we had to refuse that item as well. Finally they brought in the sofa, and the middle part of the sofa”s back was torn, so we refused that as well! the only things that they had right was the dining chairs and the coffee table. At this point, the deliver guy called the service center and they mentioned they did not have the bedroom is stock and they are not planning to order any more! This is when I knew that there is no dresser for the bedroom! either live we a two different color bed or no bed at all! From this point on, I called the sales person and canceled the order, and asked the deliver guys to take all the stuff back as they were all junk. The sales person was like, you will need to come over to the showroom to cancel the order. I replied by saying, well I can dispute the order with american express and you will have to pay me back since its a credit card. He was like give me a minute, and in 10 seconds he said: i just spoke with my manager and he said it was fine, and you should get the refund soon althought it might take upto 15 days. I called again asking for a cancellation number, and they said to wait until Monday because the cancellation department is closed. Ill wait till Monday and see what will happen then. Thank you M

I bought a sectional at Mor Furniture in Rancho Cucamonga, CA about a year ago for $2000. I”m still paying it off. Around July of this year I contacted customer service to complain about the quality of the item and asked that they make it right. I was treated poorly by their employees, and essentially called a liar and that it”s cause we”re fat. Their service tech has been out twice and the last time he was out he blamed my dogs. My dogs are never left in the living room unattended. The springs in the couch are very soft. You really sink into it. The very corners are most difficult to get out of so you have to scoot to get out, which detached the leather from the back of the seat. This is causing the most popular seat on the couch to sink to the point that you are at an angle which is beginning to cause back problems. The only thing we were offered was 25% off our NEXT purchase. Really? After that treatment? Every time I called in for the manager I ended up with the same woman who was incredibly rude. I”ve emailed corporate with no response. I”m embarrassed to have people come over and sit on my 1 year old $2000 sectional. I should be excited to entertain for the holidays, but instead I”m horrified people will see my couch.

I bought a sofa sectional and dining room table group Dec 20, 2009. The sale man said we can deliver that on Dec 31, 2009. I thought that was quick. The sales man said we have that in stock, its no problem. I was having a new years eve party and that would work out great. I went home and removed my old furniture. The furniture did not arrive and the warehouse informed me that my furniture was back ordered until april. I ran down to Costco and bought a nice dining room table set. The store manager then said it would come on Jan 8th. It did not come. I called to make sure they removed the extra $1900. charged for original order with dining room table. I could not get a call back as promised. I emailed them with no response. I finally was so fed up I called and cancelled the entire order. I now consider them to be nothing but liars. They lost a $4700. plus sales. I ended up with better furniture in the long run.

I bought a Therapedic Ultimate Sleep mattress from Mor Furniture few months back. The mattress felt good for a couple of nights. Subsequently both my wife and I started getting upper-back/neck pains. We contacted Mor Furniture within 10 days to return and/or replace the mattress. Their response was that it is a comfort issue and hence will do nothing about it. But the mattress was crippling our backs. It is defective plain and simple. The sales associate at Mor was very sympathetic, but alas couldn”t do anything to help our situation. On the other hand, the store manager was extremely rude and treated our complaint as a lie. I”d strongly recommend everyone to stay away from the store. They are selling poor quality products. And it”s outrageous how they can still have such anti-consumer policies in this day and age.

My family has also bought from them in Arizona and Seattle. The problems people feel with the financing is if you do not pay the financing on the due date two times in a row then you will get interest. As long as you pay your bill you will be fine. I bought living room & dining room furniture in 2014 from MOR Furniture For Less in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Several deliveries were refused due to poor quality/workmanship. Now a seam is coming loose on the sofa in my sectional. It may not sound true but the sofa has never been sat on! (We sit on the recliners in the set to watch TV). I paid extra for the Guardsman Protection Plan & now they are saying my complaint ISN”T covered! Two techs finally came to my home & agreed the sofa had not been abused & the problem was poor workmanship. They ordered a new cover for the cushion that took weeks!!! I was told someone would be back when it came in. Well, it showed up on my porch & when I opened it, the zipper was broken & the fabric was TORN! Also, there is a square piece of foam that cannot be removed from the original cushion & the replacement doesn”t even have it! Totally un-useable. I will be calling them today to demand resolution. I will NEVER buy anything from this company AGAIN!

I have read all the complaints. I started to walk into the local Mor store the other day. I thought it was the replacement for Wicks which I never had trouble with. After reading all these posts why would anyone buy a single thing from this store. Money is too hard to come by and to spend it on furniture that is damaged, incomplete or delivery people who are careless and customer service that is non-existing is ridiculous. I heard about them and the great deals they have so I decided to walk in and check them out. My wife & I are in mid 30″s and dress very nice. After we walked in, we got ignored not by 1, 2, 3 try 5 sales associates who walked passed us and never once smiled or acknowledge us. We felt really out of place but decided to keep browsing and we did find the furniture we wanted on our own. Now we had to find someone that is willing to help us purchase. It felt like self service station to us. Finally we found an order taker”made their job easy” that put the order together and a total of $3K. The issues began like this 1) The price tags didnt match the set we are looking at, we discovered that after the order was being put in so we had to start all over again but decided to pay the higher price becuase we liked what we picked out. 2) 1st promise delivery date was 3 weeks out but got pushed out 2 more weeks, then 1 more week and then 13 more days so now its been almost 2 month and we have no furniture that we paid for. After several attempts to contact store manager and non of the attempts are successful we decided to cancel the order and get our money back. Goood luck getting your money back without having to spend hours on the phone. After 2 days of phone tags and no speaking to the store manager, an associate took the information by phone and got the order cancelled and now its a waiting game to get our refund. Bottom line, spend more get what you pay for. No More MOR funiture for us it was the first and last time! they really made used car salsemen smell like roses and I truley mean that…Very unprofessional, rude, liars, and SCAMMERS !

I just got a new mattress and then bought a Mattress protector that was 249.99 after thinking about it I wanted to return it . I went back and was told no . After trying to figure out why since I hadn”t opened it or really looked at it . They need to say all sales are final if that”s the case. Then I noticed it was a king instead of a queen like it should have been. So they said they could exchange it ?? Why couldn”t they just refund me or credit it off my account ? Really disappointed. I like MOR Furniture and have enjoyed my 2018 purchase of a classy dining room table and a fun “house bed” for my daughter. I do not like, however, where they extend their line (TD Bank) of credit and I had to post to help get the word out to prevent future customers from also being taken advantage of, stolen from, lied to and potentially have their credit score affected. We made our purchase in the Spring of 2018. When talking with the sales rep, we were informed of the 0% financing for six months. We figured, why not, and paid all but $1200 of the bill. I then set up through Bank of America six payments of $1200 to TD Bank, starting in April of 2018 to September of 2018. All payments were completed and after getting the six monthly account statements from MOR/TD Bank, I did not receive any correspondence from either company following the processing of the final payment. Fast forward to July 2, 2019. An awful human being called me from something called “Admin Recovery, ” called me delinquent and said that I do not pay my bills, asked for my social security number and demanded that I pay him $350 after “multiple attempts” have been made to collect. Knowing that I have a sterling credit score and have never missed a payment on anything in my life, I knew it was a mistake and/or scam. This person was VERY RUDE, very insulting, very loud and would not give me any information – just demanded money that I allegedly owed – but then did mention MOR Furniture. Finally, something I can look into. I ended my “conversation” with this rude gentleman whom continued to yell at me and demand money. I then called MOR, had them look up my information…and they transferred me to, wait for it, Admin Recovery and the same gentleman. I again ended my call. Called MOR again, transferred to TD Bank and was about to be transferred to Admin Recovery when I asked to speak to the agent’s supervisor. I was transferred over and was about to be transferred to Admin Recovery when I again, asked to speak to that agent’s supervisor. We looked into the situation (finally after 45 minutes to an hour on the line) and discovered that my final payment arrived late. They sent one final bill in October (allegedly) and had it returned to them with the verbiage “moved, return to sender on it, ” which they notated on my account and never sent another statement. Never called…never emailed…never texted…all of which they have as they collected ALL of my contact information when agreeing to this deal. I have not moved and have lived in the same location for half a decade. All the while, they were charging interest and late fees on the remaining balance until it got to $356.54 and they decided to send it to a collections agency. Realizing the egregious error by the bank, they said I would be placed in a manager’s queue and contacted on July 4. I mentioned that that is a holiday, and they said you should be called by July 4, the fifth at the latest. No such call ever was made. I gave it time and waited a week until July 11. Called again…same thing, attempt to transfer to Admin Recovery…the request to speak to a supervisor…the second request until finally talking to someone that could help. Another hour plus on the phone and telling the same story over and over again and asking for assistance in fixing this error. Once again, “we see the problem and will place you in a manager queue. Please give it a week or two before we contact you.” Same thing, two weeks pass and I call back…same thing, threaten to transfer to Admin Recovery…request to speak to supervisor etc…This time, and I finally got upset, was informed that I was left a voicemail on July 25. This never occurred. No voicemail, no missed call…nothing. Just more lies. I confirmed the number they had on the account was correct. They just lied. I was once again put in the manager’s queue and told to expect a call in the next 1-2 weeks. Once again…no call and we are in August now. Meanwhile, Admin Recovery is continuing their threatening and harassing phone calls. Finally, in late August, I once again called (after not receiving ANY call back, any email, any text, not even messenger pigeons) from MOR/TD Bank since our last bill in Sept. of 2018. Same thing, threatened to transfer to Admin Recovery, I have to ask to speak to a supervisor, then a second supervisor before finally getting someone to help. And guess what? They actually tried something. They were getting the account BACK from the Collection Agency – so that I can pay TD Bank the outstanding balance. Over Labor Day weekend, I got a letter I had to sign for, it was the letter from Admin Recovery and ALL OF THE STATEMENTS from Oct. 2018 to present that I had never seen, never been sent (via US Mail, email, text, anything!). Not wanting to deal with this any longer, I simply paid TD Bank the $356.54. There was never an apology. This was one of the most unprofessional encounters I have ever had. Beware!

I ordered sore sectional and dinning room set. I was told it would be delivered on sept 3rd. They came in with the wrong color pillows. They said the whole thing had to go back and we would have to wait 2 weeks for it to be remade and then wait for the next Tuesday to deliver. We chose to go into the store and pick out something in stock. We did and got 2 phone calls telling us the time and date. They showed up on the 10th with out love seat!!! They said the 2 calls stated it was partial. I have both calls and never did thy state it was partial! I call customer service and he was very rude. Told me love seat wouldn’t be ready for another week!! We have to wait 3 weeks for something that should of been delivered on the 4th of September !!! They offered me $80 off deliver fees! I said no they then offered $150 to use in store! I’m never buying from them again! DO NOT BUY from MOR!!!

I pourchased Furniture from MOR firnoture company since my credit was less than perfect i was forwarded to their in house financing department. The company at that time was called TRS which has changed to RAC Acceptance. The credit representation completed a credit app and advised of my credit limit. I purchased a few items and was giving a payment plan. Thant was 2010. I recently noted the balance on my account was not moving in relation to the monthly payments. To my surprise I was advised that the furniture was not a purchase but a rental and my payments were going to fees and taxes with only 30% to the principal. This is very deceptive and not explained to me during the initial credit offer. I purchased furniture fro MOR because I thought they we a company with good customer service and business accumen. I guess I was arong. TRS also touted with the offer for credit a service promise that ensured all credit hstory was reported to the credit bureaus and would increase my credit score, another misreresentation. My advice would be to skip the credit dealing with TRS and shop at a store who provides customer service in all areas of the business from inventory to credit offerings.

I purchased a sofa, reclining loveseat and matching recliner from Avondale showroom in July of 2007 on August 11, 2007, one month later, one of the boards on the back of the sofa broke so I immediately called for service. I was told they would send a tech to inspect the sofa, take pictures and determine what needed to be done. One week later the tech arrived, took pictures and said someone would call that day. When they called I was told that they would be out a week later to pick up the sofa for repair. I called and asked for a loaner and was told they don’t do that. So I would have to be inconvenienced while my sofa was in for repair. However long that would take. I was told that it should only be one day, however when I called after pick up I was told it might be 3 to 4 days before I would get my sofa back. I expressed my concern with a repair when it was obvious that this was a case of poor workmanship and defective materials. I told the service center the a replacement would have been a better choice. When I called the service center prior to pickup and ask for a loaner, I was told they could not do that. I asked to speak with a supervisor and told that a supervisor would call me that day. That was on Friday, I never heard from the supervisor until I called back on Monday after pickup and no loaner. After speaking with her for a few minutes, she hang up on me. While trying to call back, I got another call from the service center to see if the sofa was picked up. I explained to this person that I was speaking with the supervisor and she hang up on me. She apologized, however it was not her place to apologize for her supervisor. I asked for the supervisor’s supervisor and was given his name. A few minutes later the supervisor that hang up on me called back to say she did not hang up, however I explained to her that the phone went dead in my hand and I sure didn’t hang up. She told me that I was yelling at her, I told her I was not yelling, merely expressing my dissatisfaction with the way this whole matter was being handled. I asked her how she would feel if she purchased something and felt the quality was less than perfect. She told me that I agreed to have the sofa picked up and repaired. I asked her if I had another choice, she said no. So I asked her what I was suppose to do. She told me there was no real estimate as to when I could expect my sofa returned. So I’m inconvenienced for however long they decide to take to make the repair. I sent three emails to corporate and after sending received confirmation and a message that someone would contact me within 2 business days. I have not heard one word from corporate. Some customer service. I purchased the extended warranty and wonder if I will go through the same hassle if I have a claim with them. I don’t feel having to accept a repaired sofa is a fair exchange for broken merchandise within a month of purchase. If this had been a TV, etc you could return it and receive a new one without this hassle.

I purchased furniturenat Mor Furniture for Less because it was at a good price and it looked of good quality. When I received my furniture it was not what I had seen at the show room of their stores. It was the same model but made with a complete different material a low quality material. Their respond was “the manufacturer made a mistake we are going to contact them.” But to my surprice when I went to their warehouse to pick-up a different piece, there was a lady complaining for the same thing. Her recliner was not the same one she had ordered at the showroom. The last piece of furniture I picked up took 3 months to arrive!! They had told me i was going to receive it in 8 weeks but did not arrive on time! It took 4 more weeks for me to be able to pick up my furniture!!! And to my surprice one of the pieces was not made with the same quality and material as the rest of the furniture I had picked up!! It’s a hassle. One has to be complaining. Oh! and since the employees are payed by commission IF you’re sales person is not available then no one can help you. Not even the store manager because “he does not have access to the sales person sales” I should have listened to the complaints I read online before I shoped there because they are real.

I recently bought a leather sectional from Mor Furniture about a week after I got it the recliners broke so they brought out another one and the recliners broke on it. They had me pick out another stlye which we chose a cloth sectional with a chaise a week after we got it the chaise springs broke they sent out a tech and he worked on it a few days after it did the samething. I bought a unconditional 5 year warranty when I called back again they refused to fix it and offered me my money back I agreed. The catch they had to pick up the furniture first and I could go to the store and get a refund they picked it up but now they say they have to go through their corporate office so now I have no living room furniture and am at there mercy.
