Date 9/17/18 of incident. I purchased 2 different items this past weekend in 2 different states. When I asked what the exchange policy was because I was using a coupon I was told that if I had an exchange the coupon value wouldn”t be lost and I simply needed to pay the difference between the 2 ticket items purchase prices. When I went to exchange one of the items bought at the Schaumburg, IL store she told me that she wouldn”t keep my coupon value and I needed to pay more for the shirt when the item I was exchanging”s ticket price was $19.97 and I was exchanging the shirt for an item that was priced $14.97. I was expecting to be refunded $5 instead she charged me $7.98. I explained what I was told at 2 different stores and she said nope. I told her I was going to contact Corporate and request my money back and complain and she didn”t care. She instead gave me attitude and said “do you want the shirt or not”. I am very disappointed with the Schaumburg store and would like a refund. Please contact me at [protected]@theknights.org or at [protected] Thanks, Pooja Knight

Do not order from this company. There are so many other cuter maternity clothing stores that have their ducks in a row and who care about their customers and remaining in business, unlike Motherhood Maternity. I had the worst experience I’ve ever had with a customer service rep from Motherhood today, and the worst ever experience with a company that I’ve ever had in the last week. It all started with a simple swimsuit order. I receive someone else’s order from across the U.S. a week later. I call in and tell them, they say they know already because the other person called already to let them know she received my order. No one bothered to let me know. I received no apology – the rep just babbled on about how she sent me a free shipping label to return the item that wasn’t mine (obviously), and that I need to send it back within this time frame or I’ll be charged for the item. Huh? This is your mistake and you’re threatening me with charges if I don’t hurry up and get it back to you, when I’ve never even received my item yet. She tells me I need to order my item again, doesn’t offer to process it for me due to their mistake. Nothing. Fails to send me the free shipping label. Fails to process my refund. I call back three days later and wait on hold for 30 minutes. Still no swimsuit. I tell another rep what’s going on and that I really prefer not to have to continue to have this on my plate since again, not my mistake in the first place. She says she can send someone to pick it up from ups. Great, sounds good. She tells me to be available the following day (at home) so they can come get it. I remain available… they never show. I call back and let them know about the no-show and that I still haven’t received my expedited shipped swimsuit as I was promised, and my refund still hasn’t been processed. No apology, she says she will process the refund, which still hasn’t showed up on my account. I tell her this has been a hassle, and I’m about to keep the item that was sent to me by mistake due to the trouble. She says I will be charged if I do that. I ask how I’m supposed to return it without a label and if I can talk to a supervisor. She transfers me to the rudest woman I’ve ever talked to. Caroline. Caroline states that a shipping label has already been sent to me and that I need to go to ups to return it. No shipping label was sent to me. I tell her that if they can’t figure out how to send me a label or have someone come get it, and since this is their fault in the first place, out of pure frustration, I am about to keep the item I don’t even want. She tells me I will be charged. I ask her what Motherhood does to rectify situations gone wrong which they are responsible for. She says nothing. I tell her this has been a lot of BS and I have still never been apologized to. She tells me to watch my mouth and that I can’t talk to her like that. I asked for her name and remind her that maybe this is why Motherhood has such terrible reviews. I remind her how other companies work, and how I’ve never been treated this way and never had another problem, and that I will never order from Motherhood again based on my experience. She says she doesn’t care. I ask her if she gets paid based on customer reviews of how she helped them. She says nope. I say I can tell. So currently, I have no swimsuit, and have paid for 2 of them. I’m about to get charged for ANOTHER item I never ordered due to Motherhood’s mistake. I never received a free shipping label so I’m expected to pay for shipping on an item that isn’t mine. I was treated poorly, and have wasted my morning on this horrible excuse for a company. They definitely need to be a little more selective when it comes to hiring if they ever want to stay afloat. This Caroline lady should be fired immediately.

good morning, I”ve purchased 6 pair of pants (in-store location Sudbury Ontario) I”ve worn them all once and a few hours after wear I”m very disappointed. I am constantly pulling them up which is very frustrating as this has to be done almost every other step… I hope to hear back from you as I still have a few month of being pregnant and I”m hate the pants I”ve gotten. thanks, Kayla

Hi, I purchased a pair of Motherhood maternity brand dress pants a few months ago from one of your outlet locations. I love the style and fit of the pants but don’t wear them very often because they don’t have back pockets which is inconvenient for me at work. Although they’ve only been worn a few times, it appears that the elastic fibers on every single seam, top to bottom, have started poking through the fabric like little hairs. The inside seams, outside seams, and worst of all the seams down the butt and back of the legs. It looks terrible! Being that these weren’t inexpensive pants, I was extremely disappointed with the quality. In comparison; I have 2 pair of Target maternity pants that I purchased months earlier and wear each pair twice a week every week. They’ve held up beautifully and were half the price. I normally don’t do this but felt compelled to reach out because I was so disappointed. I have several tops, pajama sets, dresses and pairs of jeans from motherhood maternity and never had such a terrible quality issue. My receipt and tags are obviously long gone so I haven’t discussed this at any store locations. I was wondering if there is anything you can do? Thanks, Kelly Powell [protected] [protected]

Horrible experience… Bought an online email gift card. When I didn”t receive the card in a couple hours I called customer support. Customer support was rude and very unhelpful. He was not knowledgeable and didn”t seem to understand why I expected an email gift card to arrive within a couple hours. After zero help from customer service the email gift card finally arrived 2 days later. When I went into the store to use it the cashier could not figure out how to use it. It kept saying the gift card was from an invalid source even though I ordered it from their webpage and even had the email from motherhood maternity with all the gift card information. The poor cashier tried everything to figure it out and called every source she could think of for help. After an hour of this I eventually called customer support and demanded a supervisor. The supervisor eventually promised to issue me a refund. He said I would receive an email confirmation of the refund and should see the refund in 3-5 days. For this reason I purchased the items I was going to buy with the gift card with my credit card instead. 2 weeks later… No refund. So now the company not only got my money for the gift card but also the money I paid for the products… To make matters worse I tried submitting an email complaint on the webpage tonight and it said the message could not be delivered… I”m seriously out of options and I feel like i”ve been stolen from and lied to by this company.

I accidently grabbed the wrong size of maternity underwear. I didn’t realize this until I got home (45 miles away). I called the store and told the cashier what had happened and she informed me that I couldn’t do anything about it because it was “intimate clothing”. The package wasn’t opened. Now I’m stuck with underwear 2 sizes to big. I hate this store’s return policy!

I bought 2 nursing bras and asked the sales clerk what the standard rule is (I was trying to buy them in advance as I didn”t want to wait until after the baby was born to try & find nursing bras, therefore I didn”t know what size I would be). The clerk told me to go up one number size and one cup size, which I did. She put the receipt in the bag and never mentioned the return/exchange policy to me. About a month later (only 5 months pregnant at this time, so I still haven”t had a need for the nursing bras yet) I was at Victoria”s Secret and was measured and found that I was already bigger than I ever imagined. Knowing I had bought the wrong size nursing bras from Motherhood Maternity, I tried to exchange them 9 days later at a store closer to my home. The sales clerk at this store informed me of their “no exchange policy” on intimate apparel, but at this point, the information had come too late. She further informed me of the 10 day exchange policy. Strike two against me. I wish I”d known the rules before I played this game. I called the manager of the store from which I bought the items and she reiterated that the policy can”t be changed. Okay, fine, but her sales clerk had several opportunities to inform me of these policies and she didn”t. As the 2nd store clerk pointed out, she was supposed to have me initial the receipt where their policies are spelled out. Since the receipt remained in the bag until the time I attempted to make exchange, and I was not otherwise informed of these silly policies, I had no way of knowing these policies even existed. I never tried on the bras in the store – what would be the point? Whether they fit at that point or not wouldn”t determine if they were going to fit when it was time to nurse. Sorry, I”m getting off track. I explained to the manager of the 1st store how & why I never knew of these policies until the day I tried to exchange them. She said she”d call the sales clerk that sold them to me and she”d call me back. She repeated the number to me perfectly. After several hours with no phone call from her, I called her back. She told me she transposed the numbers of my phone number, which is odd since she was able to repeat it back to me with no problem earlier. She told me to bring the items in and she would exchange them. She told me to bring them in over the weekend because she would need to be there for the exchange to happen. I asked what hours she would be there over the weekend and she proceeded to give me the store hours. I asked if she would be there that whole time because I figured she wouldn”t work the whole time the store was open over the weekend and she said she would be there. I showed up Saturday night around 7:30 and the sales clerk said she left at 5pm. I informed her she told me she would be there until 9pm and the clerk stated that the manager was only scheduled to work until 5pm. I was PO”d! Gas costs $4 per gallon now! The clerk tried to call, but was forced to leave a message for the manager. I asked if the clerk could by chance do the exchange and her response was that the manager told her about me & that if I came in she was not to do the exchange – the manager would need to be there. The manager ended up calling me at my house after I”d returned home and said I should have called before I came. I reminded her of our discussion when she assured me she would be there all weekend. She told me she doesn”t “live there.” She further told me she wasn”t going to do the exchange now. Then she hung up on me. Motherhood Maternity”s return/exchange policy is ridiculous. They know that since you are only pregnant 9 months, it isn”t worth it to you to fight over a mere $30 and that it”s much easier for you to give in and just take your loss. These $30 here and there add up for them. The fact that it is “only $30” is even more incentive for them to deny any attempts at refunds or exchanges because they count on most people caving in & eating their $30 loss. I”m not putting up with it. The policy makes no sense. Regardless of how long you are pregnant, if something doesn”t work for you, you should be able to remedy the situation. They can still sell any exchanged/returned items, regardless of this comical 10 day return/exchange policy. That place has pulled scam after scam, and from reading these complaint boards, it looks like this has been going on for some time. Simply stating “it”s against our policy” doesn”t make it okay. If you are reading this – DO NOT SHOP AT MOTHERHOOD MATERNITY. It is for your own good. There are plenty of other places out there to fit your maternity needs.

I bought a pair of jeans from Motherhood Maternity not even a week ago. They were getting ready to close.. so I just ran in got the jeans and ran out paying with cash, without trying on(my fault). I decided to try them on before I tore the tags off… They didn”t fit.. so I folded them back up nicely.. put them back in the bag they came in.. and put the receipt in with them. I get to Motherhood Maternity to return them today and the worker tells me that they had NO CASH in the drawer. I am not worried about getting the check in the mail as that is besides the point. My frustration comes from: How are you supposed to give change to people that do pay with cash if you have NO CASH in your drawer?? I asked if I could exchange the jeans for 2 tank tops and get the few dollars that would be the difference back in either cash or some sort of refund and was told no that in order for me to exchange something it had to be the same price so they could do a swap out. I will not be buying anything from this company again. Waste of my time, as I live 45 minutes from the store.

I bought a pair of jeans from the Motherhood Maternity store name brand: Indigo Blue. I wore the jeans once, washed them once, and the top where the elastic band is, is totally disgustingly ripped, damaged, and unable to be worn. I followed the directions for washing and for $45, I would expect better quality. Below I have attached pictures. I would like to request a new pair of jeans, size medium, or a refund. Thank You, Jill

I bought a Pre-natal Listener a few months ago from the store in Palmdale, CA. When I got home, I opened the box and found a battery in place and a missing manual. These were evidences that the item sold to me was not brand new in the box. The box was labeled “BATTERIES NOT INCLUDED ” but contained one. How else would the manual be missing as well? I went back to the store, 2 days after, and asked for an exchange. That is also in compliance to their 10 days return policy, I thought. I was told that they did not have any more of those. I asked for a refund or a store credit instead. I was told that because these items (not clothes) were just retailed by them, they cannot give me a store credit. I have to ask FIRST SOUNDS (the manufacturer) instead. They will be able to replace the item for me if First Sounds replace them. I explained to the manager that for that small amount (about $30), she could give me a store credit and they can complain to their supplier about giving them returned/not brand new in box items. I am Motherhood”s customer — I bought the item from them and therefore require to be reimbursed by them. I paid for a new item and did not get one, it is just fair to get my money back. I was even flexible enough to accept a store credit, but that too was not possible, according to the manager. I have to jump to another hoop to get my money back. Before I get a replacement from First Sounds, I would have already given birth. What a hassle. I went home very upset and decided to keep the item and just let the situation go. Being upset over $30 is not worth it especially when you are pregnant. You would think that being a store for pregnant women, they would show more compassion. Well, I love the products but their customer service and return policy is extremely ridiculous.

I drove 45 mins to the closest store to purchase a maternity support belt. I didnt think to open the box to check the contents. Instead I asked the clerk for assistance with the size. Upon arriving home 45 mins later, I decide to use the belt. As soon as I opened it, I could see stains. The fabric was shredded. There was hair on it. It was clearly a returned item. I was disgusted. Taking a closer look I could see that the box was retaped with medical tape! I called the store and got an apology. Was told my only option would be to drive all the way back to return it. I”m furious. I went out of my way to get this product. For the prices they charge, there is no reason why this returned product was back on the floor.

I have been reading the previous complaints about this company and it is amazing how similar the stories are to my own several states away in Albany, New York. I thought that the salespeople were very pushy and tried to get me to buy expensive items that I did not come in to buy, and then would get huffy with me because I wanted to look around the store at my own pace, and was not interested in the products they were trying to pawn on me. I needed a maternity belt, and that did help, but again, was being pushed to buy something else with it, and when I did not, the woman was very brisque with me and practically threw my purchase at me after I paid and ran away to tend to another customer before I even had a chance to put my money back in my wallet. I made the grave mistake of purchasing maternity underwear from this company and CAVEAT EMPTOR (BUYER BEWARE!) to anyone thinking of making similar purchases there. The underwear were in packages, so it was impossible to figure out what size they were, and they are so shoddily made that they fall off, or have ripped at the seams. Unfortunately, when I first got pregnant and needed maternity clothing, this was the only place to purchase maternity underwear, but I finally got fed up and was much happier with larger size Hanes regular underwear.

I have ordered a dress from Motherhood Maternity on 18th of February. They have shipped my order in 3 days but it couldn’t be delivered because of a mistake in the delivery address. When I realized this by following the tracking number, I immediately informed the customer services of Motherhood Maternity and requested them to correct the address. However since 1 week, I can’t get any replies from the customer services and nothing is done to solve my problem. I’ve lost all my trust in this company!
Motherhood Maternity / Destination Maternity Corporation Reviews & Complaints
I have shopped with Motherhood Maternity twice throughout my pregnancy, and I’ve been thoroughly disappointed both times. The first time, I came home with overpriced yoga pants, way too short, and one leg a full inch shorter than the other. Unwearable. I was also unable to return them. More recently, I had ordered a dress for a black tie event. They put the wrong zip code on the shipping label, so the dress took over a week and a fair amount of effort on my part to finally arrive at the correct post office, where I had to pick it up, as it could not be delivered. I was disappointed to find the dress had a tear. Because of the poor shipping, I will not be able to exchange the dress and will instead need to have it repaired. I called customer service, assuming they would at least offer an apology and a discount on a future order. Instead, I was given an attitude and no discount. I would recommend Motherhood Maternity to absolutely no one.
Motherhood Maternity / Destination Maternity Corporation Reviews & Complaints
I haven”t ever written a bad review about anything but I can not believe what happened with my online order from Motherhood Maternity so I think it”s my duty to try to stop anyone and everyone from ordering online from this company. I have bought products from a Motherhood Maternity store and did not have issues with them but the online ordering is another story… I ordered 2 shirts and a pair of pants online around April 17th, it arrived around April 23rd, I tried everything on and it fit well so I threw the tags out (big mistake) and washed everything. After I tried everything on again after taking it out of the wash I discovered the pants were damaged (small hole by the right back pocket). I called the company a few times to ensure I was returning the items exactly as I should and tracked my package until it arrived at it”s destination on May 5th. After 7 business days I called the company and they said if I didn”t receive a return by May 19th to call back. I called back May 19th and customer service asked for the tracking number and as long as they could see that the package was received at the destination they would reimburse me and notify me on the 20th of what happened. I called in on the 20th again and customer service said there was a return in place on my account and it would probably take 3 days to show up on my credit card so I have to wait a little longer for it. I think that they actually lost my return and that”s what took them so long to reimburse me, I am not sure if they would have accepted it if they would have seen the return without the tags, who knows what happened to it. So I am appreciative of them accepting the return but I was so put off by the hassle of trying to return it, I had called several times to ensure I was following the correct process for returning the pants and then found out that I was also supposed to include the receipt from the return shipping to be reimbursed which no-one had told me to do but customer service said it had been written on my account that they had told me to do that. Some of the customer service reps were extremely helpful and some of them were very rude, so rude that they would not help me and were contraindicating what other reps had said (one told me I couldn”t return the item but it had to be exchanged but everyone else told me this wasn”t so). And finally I was really put off by how Motherhood Maternity functions in Canada, if you have a gift card or store credit you cannot use it for online purchases which a lot of people do not know, the store I shopped at did not even know this so I called them and told them since they were the ones who told me I could use my store credit online. In Canada you have to pay for your return shipping up front, you are reimbursed for it but they do not cover the insurance you pay for your package. Also they do not reimburse for the cost of the internet shipping that you pay for each separate item which I cannot believe! So in the end I ended up paying them an extra $3 for absolutely nothing!! It was $3 that I paid for the internet shipping of my pants that the company refuses to pay me back, such a gong show, I will never order online from them again, it is only Thyme Maternity from now on, please research the company you buy from, if you are buying from Motherhood Maternity in Canada you will only end up with headaches

I made two purchases at mother hood maternity on two separate occassions. The woman working there was very nice and said that since I was purchasing seventy dollars worth of items, I might as well but ten more dollars and get the free FIFTY DOLLARS IN rewards for a resturant. Well, I asked her, I said I”ll get fifty bucks free and clear..no gimmicks? She said no, you get fifty bucks, you can print it out and spend it right then and there. I thought it was great. Well, i spent the eight bucks, went home thinking I made a good choice. Well, I went back a couple days later to buy a coat I wanted, I could have bought one cheaper somewhere else, but because I was coaxed into believing Ill get another “free” Fifty dollars, I chose motherhood. I love the items I bought, no doubt..but I was coaxed into buying twenty dollars more of crap for these “free” coupons. I went to the website thinking I was gonna get some great take out from a nice resturant…Come to check out the coupon…and It says I HAVE TO SPEND A MINIMUM OF 35.00 TO GET THE FIFTY REWARD. BULL MAN, JUST PLAIN BULL. Between me and my kids, I can”t eat eighty dollars worth of food? Its so ridiculous.. I find myself without the fifty because I don”t live around family, I am also going to have to spend thirty five dollars just to get the fifty? SO now I just spent 115.00 instead of the eighty at motherhood, now I have to pay an extra thirty five to get these Reward dollars. THis is a scam to get you to go to these diners. DO NOT BUY INTO IT! JUst buy what you have to, unless u fully understand these terms-which they absolutely don”t tell you about! Then do it. But remember NOTHING IS FREE! NOTHIG!

I order online frequently and this is the only company i have ever had issues with. Placed my order over 2 weeks ago and received an email my order is on back order now and could take 4 weeks? What! It’s taken 4 days just to get a email back from some incompetent employee that told me my order should already be at my house and that unfortunately the website doesn’t inform customers of any products that are on back order. . . I requested a supervisor to call me and was told i’d get a call within 24hrs. . . It’s now been 3 days. Just got a random email my order is still on back order. . . Worthless company, i suggest not ordering online and just drive to one of their stores if you really need an item

I ordered a few items from here at 9:30 am on Feb 7, 2012. I selected 2nd Day Air shipping since my husband is taking me out for a weekend getaway. Motherhood Maternity didnt even submit my order to UPS until 5 pm Feb 8, 2012, and my package is to be delivered by END OF DAY on Feb 10, 2012! That is a total of 4 days after the order was submitted! This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! Do not claim to have 2nd Day Air if thats not what you are providing! Look on the UPS website and tell me what it says constitutes as 2nd Day Air shipping! This is false advertisement and I will be notifying the BBB. I recommend no one do business with this company.

I ordered twice within the last few weeks. I received an email for both orders that the orders have arrived at the store. Unfortunately, when my family member showed up to pick the items up the manager indicated that the items were probably still in the delivery truck even though the items showed they arrived and were scanned in. My family member went again a few days later and same story. Then upon inquiring to motherhood maternity corporate customer service via email about my items – they ended up refunding my order because i”m sure they contacted the manager but didn”t bother to call me to let me know (I guess they don”t care that i”m having a baby and need nursing gowns)!!! Um I wasn”t asking for a refund – i”m giving birth soon I just wanted to know where my items were. I again called their corporate office and they contacted the manager but were given no concrete information as to what happened but are working with me on a solution to this. So moral of story please inform motherhood maternity corporate office so if there is a pattern of this at this store something needs to improve in the way this store handles their incoming shipments – because the items were obviously checked in and it”s not fair to nursing mothers that this should occur it”s careless for our future babies 1-800-466-6223.

I placed an online order on May 20, 2015 and I received a confirmation email and my acct was deducted at that time. On May 21, 2015, I called customer service to change a size and was told by Kelly I could only cancel my order. Kelly refused to provide me with a cancellation # after she cancelled my order which immediately raised red flags because I have never cancel an order, in person or online, and not received a cancellation #. Kelly said I would receive a cancellation email which I never did. After calling Kelly a second time and with no resolution, I sent an email to the co and after I did that I then received a cancellation email. I highly doubt I will ever order from this company again because excellent customer service is everything. I have ordered before from them for a purchase of $200. The order they cancelled today was $147. If I am going to spend that type of money for clothing I will only wear during my pregnancy, I will have to be satisfied 100%, even if a problem arises. So, technology is more reliable and dependable than speaking with a live person at Motherhood Maternity. That’s a small red flag, but a red flag none the less.

I placed an order online for 71.37. My account was charged 71.37 2 times. I called to complain and the call center refuse to remove charge or allow me to speak to supervisor. The associate told me the charge would fall off once the order shipped. I asked when it was scheduled to ship and she told me it shipped out already. I asked why she still refused to remove charge and she told me to wait 3 to 5 business days. The next day I found another charge for 17.53 from motherhood Maternity. I again called, motherhood told me that charge was added due to a shirt being on back order and that I would be charged the difference between the 17.53 and the 71.37 as well. I asked why since by this time my account had been charged 71.37 two times and 17.53 once. The associate refused to let me speak to supervisor. I also asked why they would not credit me 17.53 for back order since i would not be receiving it, instead of charging me for absent shirt a third time. She refused to help me. I filed a complaint with my bank and the BBB.

I purchased a pair of maternity pants that were tagged for $16. The clerk rang in my purchase (they have the monitors that don”t allow you to see each purchase that is being rung in) and right before I signed my credit card receipt I realized that I had been charged $20 for the pants. When I told her, she said that she would issue me a store credit for $4. I asked her why it couldn”t be a cash or credit card refund since it was their mistake and she said that it was store policy. I asked her what I could possibly buy in the store for $4 and she said, you could put it on a gift card and give it to someone else!! Finally, I asked to speak to the manager (who was standing right next to her, listening to the whole conversation and never offered to help) and she voided the purchase. I will never shop there again.

I purchased an outfit from one store. When I got home, I discovered that the shirt had a security tag. I returned to the store to have the tag removed and was told the store did not have the device to remove it. They called another mall – across town – to find out if the other Motherhood store had the device. They didn”t. I was told that I”d have to return with the pants a few days later when the manager was in to return the outfit. I asked if I could exchange the shirt for the shirt on another outfit in the same size with the same pants. I was told no. I returned with the entire outfit a few days later. The manager offered either an exchange or store credit. I asked for a refund. She said that she”d have to fill out a form and submit it to headquarters. Headquarters would likely deny the refund because the outfit was not returned because of a “medical condition”. This whole process would take 4-6 weeks. A medical condition? Why in the world would I share a medical condition with Motherhood Maternity? I am really appalled at their “customer service”.

I purchased multiple shirts and sweaters from this store in April. Bear in mind that I didn”t start wearing the clothes until May. The 1st sweater I bought had 5 holes in the back from day 1. This was my error in not inspecting the sweater closely for any damage. Unfortunately, I did not notice the holes until a month later when I had already taken off the tags and was going to put it in the wash. It cost $39.99 and has never been worn. Sweater number 2 has been worn approximately 3 to 4 times. Little holes are forming everywhere. I estimate that I may be able to wear it a few more times before it is done. I bought 5 tee shirts for $25 a piece. Three of the shirts look as if they are stained. The dye on the shirts look blotchy like they did not launder well. The 4th shirt has been worn approximately 3 times and now has a hole. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of these clothes. There are stings hanging from everything. For the amount of money I spent, I expected much better quality. My husband and I do not have a lot of money and it is frustrating that we wasted so much money that could have been spent on the baby towards the junk in this store. I will not ever buy shirts from this store again. I will state for the record that the pants I purchased have all held up and seem to be much better quality.

I recently shopped at your Charlottesville, VA store at the fashion square mall. Your cashier was VERY unfriendly to me and she treated me different than the two caucasion customers ahead of me. The tone of her voice and the service that they got was pleasant. Once she saw me, an african american woman, the look on her face changed and i was not given the same service. I was nice to her, told her thank youa and everything but i got nothing, not even a smile. I feel like if i am spending my money, especially $63 for two items, i should feel comfortable and welcomed by the employees. I will NEVER shop at this location again.

I shopped for nursing bra at valley fair mall, san jose, ca. Since the size changes a lot during the nursing phase, I asked to be measured. Based on however she measured me, I was handed a 38d bra. I came back home with two of those bras and was pretty confident that it will be good fit since I was just measured. So, I removed the labels on one bra and tried it on.In like about two minutes the wires started hurting me really bad, almost like poking into my ribs. I kept them aside and got myself measured at victoria”s secret after a couple days. I was measured to be 34d. This sounded totally absurd to me. When I went for returns, I had lost the label for the one bra that I had tried at home. It is very unreasonable to expect that once a label is removed, it could be saved in a house where there are small children around. She refused to return it. I understand that you need labels to return but there is something called as customer satisfaction. I bought two exact same bras and I am returning both because of very very poor fitting. I was measured severly wrong at your store. The bra is totally untouched and has no signs of any kind of usage. I would be grateful if motherhood maternity understands that it is a fair use of the returns facility and not an abuse. I will appreciate if you can return my other bra which has lost the label. I am ready to go through any test to prove that it is totally unused and untouched in any way.

I tried to apply to the store in the Columbia mall and was turned away because I”m 6 months pregnant and the lady working there (Gretchen) said there”s no point in letting me work there just to go on maternity leave in a few months. And that she specifically doesn”t hire women over 7 months pregnant. It”s illegal to not hire someone because they”re pregnant. I would like corporate to contact me.
