I have three movie theaters, each with six – seven different showings a day, within five miles radius of my home. for the last three to four months every time I have tried to use my MoviePass (including last night), I receive the message, “there are no more screening at this theater today.” It doesn”t matter if it is AM or PM or which theater I am near. When I go to the ticket counter and explain, they try my card and it is declined. When I originally subscribed to the MoviePass in February, I was supposed to be able to see a movie a day. I only wanted to see two to three movies a month. but I thought it was still worth it. However, as time went by, the terms changed and the original agreement no longer held, but I was not given a choice to accept or decline the new terms. The website says that some movies are blocked, some times are blocked and the number of movies covered has changed drastically. Yet, I have not been able to use it at ANY movie for the last three months. This is my complaint. I feel like I have been scammed. MoviePass took my money but has shown no regard for the terms of our agreement. I paid $115+ for this pass. It was a total ripoff.
