Ms. Lisa Abrotsky

As a couples’ therapist I integrate and explores past issues from different angles, helping couples gain insight into adjustments they may need to make in the relationship. We have worked in the behavioral/mental health and substance abuse field for the past decade. We have experience working with various populations and socioeconomic statuses in community-based behavioral health care, private practice, and substance abuse treatment organizations.We believe in a client centered goal oriented approach to therapy and I am able to integrate my knowledge of education and mental health issues to help families’ or individuals problem-solve, overcome personal issues, and create lasting change for a better tomorrow. We use a holistic approach where healing of the mind, body, and spirit is a priority for successful treatment. While working with patients to sort out their emotional issues, create better view of life, to connect couples and families to their goal and purpose in the relationship, to overcome the negative story they have been telling themselves.
