similar experience here in wv- non-payment despite more than one fax with requested documentation. missing appointments because no gas money to go. this company is not helping wv only themselves. repeated calls put you thru a revolving door of ‘-i don’t see that (whatever) in our records, those people are not here, call back monday- oh yes that is a holiday- then call the day after- etc etc. so many cases of this company in trouble in several states over the past decade at least- why would any smart business person let alone gov. official acting in the interest of its people- not do their homework! the company has no idea of our rural transportation challenges- the terrain, the weather anything- i do not think they care. routing is impossible! ie- did you know they moved morgantown closer to the center of the state??? wow- only 50 miles from davis wv! amazing! eyes rolling here. please wv transp officials- do something to improve this situation!
