First of all, this is a complaint by the owner, Catherine Wood, on someone else.: (SHE DID THIS SAME THING TO ME)! Christi Harmon you have crossed the line of moral principles and decency. I was told I had to wait to see what the Attorney General was going to do about the case I filed against you before I could file a civil suit. I filed my response to the Attorney General’s Office along with all my documentation, original ad and all copies of every complaint for you and your mother. It was bad enough when I got a sick dog without Full AKC papers and pedigree. I paid for a healthy puppy with Full AKC rights and a pedigree. My story is sad but nothing compared to what you have done and what you continue to do to innocent people like Cat. By filing a complaint I have met so many wonderful, kind people that you have been so deceitful and mean to that I have made a vow to myself to see justice done. I am telling you right now that I will wait to see what the Attorney General decides to do and then I am personally going to file a civil suit not only for myself but for all the people that you have scammed. I assure each and every one of the people who have contacted me with regard to Christi Harmon and Paula Walters that I and my attorney will represent you in either a class action law suit or individual law suits. We love our puppy from Catherine but she did not provide what she advertised. We paid for an AKC registered Norwhich Terrier with papers and this was not. AKC sent me a letter that they rejected registration on this puppy and could not substantiate it as being a purebred norwhich terrier. I communicated to Catherine that I paid for a purebred Norwhich Terrier and this was not. I felt it would be right to refund the proper amount for the worth of a non-purebred puppy because we do not want to be scammed. She would not agree and did not take responsiblity (like most of these puppy breeders). She said she did nothing wrong. She also said the puppy was potty trained and she was not potty trained. I do feel like this could be a puppy mill. I believe she sent us the puppy at 8 weeks and that is too young to send out pups. When I got the puppy she screamed when I would leave her side. This tells me she was too young. She did offer to take back puppy. At this point I have had her 9 months. She does not look like my other purebred norwhich. I have paid all of her medical bills and food/etc. (Paying for the best in all of it). We do love her and she is part of the family but I do not like being lied to, misled, nor scammed and still feel like refund for the amount this dog would be worth is appropriate (which she will not/does not want to take responsiblity). I was encouraged by a dog loving friend to provide this information for the general public on this breeder!
