I ordered 4 records that were cancelled without my knowledge. There was no email informing me my order was cancelled nor a reason why. When I contacted them asking why my order was cancelled they sent me a stock response saying they don’t know why but would escalate the issue. I have since written back THREE times with zero response from the company. Since the records I ordered were sold out, I am extremely frustrated as they are now selling on ebay for 5 times the price. I placed my order hours before this item sold out, so they should have my order still in stock. However, getting the company to actually respond to you seems to be a joke.
