I ordered 4 items from them and 2 never arrived, nor did I receive ANY notification from them that they would not arrive. When I called (4 times) the first 3 times they said it was back ordered. I ordered on Sept 28th to have all items by Xmas and none arrived on time. The 4rth time I called I was told that they could not fulfill the last 2 items on the order so they cancelled it. I asked why they did not notify me and they said to check my Spam folder. 1) I ALWAYS check my spam folder before I delete anything. 2) I had added them to my safe senders list to prevent just such a occurrence. I feel that this business is partly a scam. Do Not Use them!!!
