MyAirbags is the most incompetent and lazy company in the industry! These people should be taken down from this business as soon as possible

So I contacted MyAirbags to get my seatbelts (both of the front ones) repaired. The pre-tensioners of the seatbelts of my pickup truck were not functioning properly, the seat belt wasn’t retracting the way it is supposed to and was getting stuck mid-way. They billed me $188 for repairing both of the seatbelts. The bill stated that they charged $75 for each of the seatbelt and an additional $38 for the return shipping of the seat belts. I would have been happy with the results but the seatbelts were not functioning properly even after they repaired it. The same problem with the pre-tensioners was occurring. It was really frustrating because I paid these guys $188 for a simple task and they didn’t do SHIT!!! The seatbelt was as bad as it was before. I tried to contact the customer support of MyAirbags but I didn’t get any reply for the first `week. Well, the customer service rep told me that she would be happy to replace the pre-tensioners of my seatbelts and this time the company will install more powerful and durable springs to make sure that this doesn’t happen in future. I agreed and paid for the shipping of the seatbelts AGAIN. AND GUESS WHAT?!?! THEY STILL DIDN’T FIX IT!!!

I got my seatbelts back a couple of days ago and yes, they do work “better” than they used to before, but they don’t retract fully even after all this hassle. I contacted their customer service staff again in hopes that they will help me in fixing this issue but they just made me angrier. I emailed them a complete video of my seatbelt, which clearly showed how badly they were working. They told me that I will have to pay them $75 for repairing each seatbelt. When I told them to take a look at the video they simply said,” We know what we are doing sir, you just have to worry about the finances”. I told them that I have already paid them TWICE and the results were definitely not good. I initially contacted them because the website of MyAirbags has a video of working seatbelt retractors and they claimed that they can fix any issues regarding the seatbelt. What I didn’t know was that they were just a bunch of lazy ass wimps who steal money from people and do false marketing.

This company is a total sham and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use their services. They are good at one thing and that is to spread disappointment and wasting peoples’ time and money. I will be contacting a different company which will hopefully fix my seatbelt’s issue. Please stay away from these maniacs. Their service is the worst and their customer service is just pathetic. I’m pretty sure that there are much better and more competent alternatives available in the market that you can choose.
