On Thursday, June 4, my daughter bought two tickets to Alaska. She never received the e-tickets which were promised via email within 24 hours. On Monday, June 8, she still had not received her e-tickets. After contacting customer service, she was informed that the flight scheduled in July had been cancelled. No communication of any kind (email/phone) was sent regarding the flight cancellation.
She was promised a full refund in 20-28 days. COVID-19 was blamed for the delay. She was supposed to receive an email after speaking with two different customer service reps on June 4. To this day, she has not received one single email from this company.
We have already disputed this purchase with the fraudulent department at our bank and informed the Better Business Bureau of Nevada. We will continue to report MyFlightSearch as fraudulent on every single site that we can leave a review (HolySmoke!, ScamGuard, Sitejabber, Tripadvisor, Trust Mama, etc.) until a full refund has been received.
