I’ve been a member since 1999. For the first time ever, I redeemed for an ecard 4 days ago. Every place else I get ecards, come within 24 hours, I emailed through the page on the site asking for information about how long it takes because I would like to redeem for another. Since then I read on the site that it takes 4 or 5 days. No one has bothered to answer me to give me information. I won’t ever get an ecard again. In the past, I had problems with them recognizing points from purchases and they responded and fixed this issue immediately. I thought a lot of them and am disappointed about the change.

Customer Service on Missing Purchases Stinks!!!!!!
I’ve been with MyPoints since they basically started and was really pleased, but I’m sorry to say they aren’t what they use to be. It’s now difficult to ensure your searches and purchases are truly being applied, and heavens help you if you try to go through their customer service. They keep sending you back to their redemption process for issues, and believe me, this process stinks!!!! I’ve yet to get a live person to assist me, so, like AT&T they have become more interested in their own revenue vs the customer; whether you’re a long time customer or not makes no difference to them. I’d look around for other reward programs first, and read the reviews!
Just Started Shafting
Long time user without an issue. Recently tried to exchange points for a gift certificate. For the first time they ask you to enter birth month and day. When you enter it you get an error message saying it does not match their records. I went into my MyPoints site and there is no place that asks for this information. I have sent several emails, and provided information they requested. They no longer respond to my emails, and just try to call them. They can keep my points.
Points Disappear!
I had over 18,000 points in my account. Now there are 200 and I have been saving those points for a gift card. All my monthly statements are blank, yet their bonus emails show that I have 18,000+ points in my account. They are not responding to emails and I’ve read through their terms and have violated none of them. Highly disappointed and do NOT recommend them to anyone. I had been a member since 2006 and had not had issues until recently. Poor customer service.
