Ok it’s been years since I’ve even spoke to this guy. He’s is a total rip off, poser and frauds. My son was taking from me by his mother and moved to another state. So I looked into investigative services and came across him. Met with him, told him my situation. He seemed very sure of his self. I was skeptical of his appearance honestly. I paid $200 to Mr Allen Horner, said he’d get right on it. Weeks went by I followed up with him and he had nothin to tell me. I did his job for him , gave him all personal info, emails, names, references, social security ‘s etc. Still nothing. He called back two weeks later and asked for a Facebook name. At this point I’m like, ok man I have gave you so much and you are talkin about facebook???. It’s obvious he was a scam. A month after, I received an email from him saying he may have something. So I call and call, email …call. I left messages with his office…still nothing. That was 2009, it is now 2014. I just wash my hands with him because I very upset. He emailed me randomly years ago saying he has colon cancer and couldn’t work or do much, but I had an app on my phone for sending voice messages that showed him putting new hunting and bowling pics every other week on his profile Lol. Stay away from this guy. .
