Received numerous letters suddenly stating the following: “We’re sorry to inform you that your insurance coverage lapsed because we didn’t receive your premium payment by the date indicated above. But you can still save your important protection if you act immediately. All you have to do is mail in the payment notice below plus your check or money order for the quarterly, semi-annual or annual premium shown above to National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, PA in the enclosed envelope. Mail your payment to us immediately…. It goes on to list four different payments that could be made – quarterly 7470 – semi annually – 149-40 or annually – 298.80. Goes on to give the time and day that they are available to talk to and the number where they can be reached. Since I know who my insurance company is and has been for 9 years now, I knew this was a fraud.
