I signed up for this service about 4 months ago. After paying for a box or two I decided it was not a very good deal. (I can get a lot more snack for $4 at the local Earth Fare) During the cancellation process they offered a “Don’t leave yet” offer of “%50 off the next two deliveries”. I decided to keep the subscribtion going for that time, and actually upped it from 5 snacks / month to 10 snacks /month. I didn’t realize until the second box arrive that they had not applied the discount. So basically, instead of cancelling or getting the farewell offer, they bilked me out of another $60. The CSR said it was because I had changed my subscription. Would have been nice if there was some kind of notification that the discount no longer applied as I would have simply cancelled my mebership as I oringially intended or left it at the 5 snacks / month. .
