I ordered a sofa and side chair from this company Nov 18, 2013 over the internet. They required full payment up front and gave a further discount for payment other than credit card (bad idea for customer). They responded to an inquiry in December, but gave no delivery projections or status. Weekly, then daily inquiries beginning in March and April 2014 went unanswered. Many phone inquiries resulted only in voice mail. No real live person could be contacted. I filed a complaint with the BBB. They responded that the company would not respond. I received a request for information from the US Postal Inspector regarding the company and responded with all available information. I do not believe I will ever get my furniture or my money returned. Beware.
