I use a holistic and culturally sensitive individualized treatment strategy that may include nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, and, coordination of treatment with a medical practitioner when necessary. I also provide customized workshops in your organization on Stress & and Reduction of Burnout, and, Compassion Fatigue and Vicarious Trauma in staff members who are in the Behavioral and Health Services and, the Criminal Justice professions. I also provide coaching for Supervisors and Managers on Team Building, and Job Satisfaction.
