I booked a ticket with Netflights on 20th of Feb. After all the bank details submission, I was led to a page which said if they don”t give me confirmation email within 72 hours then call them or email them with the quote number they gave. I DID NOT GET CONFIRMATION. So, I called them, met voicemail box, I left a voice mail with my phone number hoping that they would call back . I sent them an email as well asking where is my confirmation. Yet, both no reply. I waited for another 48 hours, then I called back, a man picked up after long hours of calling then suddenly he hanged up the call. I emailed with the complaints. Only then they replied asking me about my quote number. the only answer they gave me back was the booking I made was a failed booking and asked me to rebook if I want the ticket. Yes, the ticket price has increased for about 50 pounds with transit time from 3 hours to 8 hours. This is just how responsible they are. They don”t even apologize me properly. Such an irresponsible and rude service. NOT RECOMMENDED !!!
