[protected] – first my order was cancelled, and they didnt call me I had to call and then emailed them to tell them that it says delivered on my profile but I received nothing, then a lady called me and said she will re-schedule to the original date the 5th of feb, her name was delicia. Today the 5th of feb I had to mail again, because it says under progress of my order, in production? Then delicia called and said the courier company couldnt find my address or something like that, I clearly stated the business name, and we are the only business on that street and corner. Absolutely terrible service. My gift is for a birthday now I have to think of excuses tonight. And still today I had to reach out first I still haven’t heard anything from netflorist, after 3 emails now delicia calls me and says no but she didnt receive my first mail etc. She did not do her job from the beginning. She is lying to me, and no one cares, I still havent received a single update from netflorist, why was my parcel cancelled in the beginning, why did no one from netflorist contact me or emailed me? Nothing, no communication. I showed up last night with no gift. And she said the courier company said they were here twice, bulldust. I received another parcel from another online company yesterday that I also ordered online, and they used the courier guy and they kept me up to date the whole time. And found the place the first time, all my takealot orders arrive here without any hassle. This is the worst customer service ever. I really think delicia should rather not work with customers, because if I had a problem with a customers gift, I will follow up from there on out. And she didn’t call me once without me emailing first. This is really ridiculous.

No order confirmation ever received but Warren Dickson from Customer Service confirmed that he found my deposit and ask if I wanted I refund. I supplied my bank details directly to him on 10th of April 2018. Since this email I have been unable to get confirmation of my refund or any further update from Netflorist. I have sent him 4 emails since then which have been ignored and spent over 2 hours on the phone to try and resolve this issue. This is basically theft by your company. You did not supply any product or promise supply of any product but refuse to refund the money paid to your account. I would like someone to follow this up and reply to me ASAP!!!

8 days before my wedding anniversary I placed a order with Netflorist, and paid the required amount on that day. I got confirmation that the oder will be delivered as specified. The flowers was delivered but not the customized clothing and I did not know that until a lady from Netflorist phoned me and told me about it. She was very apologetic but also very business like, it is what it is, she will get it tomorrow so there deal with it. This is not the first time Netflorist has failed to produce, 3 years ago they were a day late with valentine flowers for my wife and 2 daughters who only got it the next day. Time seems not to be important to them!! Why ask the delivery date if you are never going to keep it, you raise expectations and I trust everything is taken care of, but then you disappoint! Wish some other company will come along and compete with Netflorist because they can do what they like as they have a Monopoly in South Africa. I have to add that on 2 occassions the quality of flowers were unacceptable and that is why I have decided to complain about it. A very special day is ruined because of Netflorist, extremely disappointed that I can clearly see that making money is more important than good service. Actually I don”t know why I”m adding this as they don”t respond to complaints online. Not bothered about unhappy clients or try to assist. A manager is never available, staff incompetent to even do a change of address. Items not delivered, lies about it being on the way or that it will be delivered on time. This was supposed to be for Valentine”s Day, now they want to deliver it on tomorrow which is Tuesday. Whether you deal with them calmly or getting livid means nothing, they just don”t care. They take your money and just don”t deliver the items. They have been doing this for years, they should know it is a busy time of year, get the required staff and delivery services in place. Call your clients back. Drop the items for the day it was requested. What is a Valentine”s gift worth 4 or 5 days down the line? After a quick visit to the Netflorist website, and reading their terms and conditions, I decided to order a Gerbera and Rose Bouquet for my wife on her birthday. Without any hassle the online order was completed, paid and confirmation e-mail received. I placed the order with Netflorist during the morning of Tuesday 17 November 2016, order number [protected]. Seeing as my wife is a teacher, I added a request that the flowers be delivered to my wife on 21 November 2016 before 11:00 as the school is closing at 12:00. At 10:24 on the morning of 21 November I receive an e-mail simply stating: “Please be advised that the florist to whom your order has been assigned will not be able to deliver your order by 11:00 am this morning. They are situated in Harterbeespoort and can only do it this afternoon. Please reply with an alternative address to which we can deliver in the event that we reach the school and ______ has already left” After phoning Netflorist and speaking to 3 different consultants I had to cancel the order after hearing the following lame excuses: 1. They (Netflorist) cannot get hold of the florist tasked with my order. 2. The florist tasked with the order is not located in the same town and don”t deliver to Brits 3. They can deliver it only later that same afternoon. 4. It is my fault for not understanding their terms and conditions correctly. Firstly, the internal management, or rather the lack thereof, of order placement and delivery is not my problem. It”s yours Netflorist!!! Secondly, included in the purchasing fee is a delivery charge. So I actually had to pay for a service that Netflorist don”t deliver. Thirdly, whats the use of delivering the flowers to a school that is already closed!!! In the terms and conditions it states that Netflorist cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. To a degree I understand it, but I didn”t specify a time, I requested that the flowers be delivered to my wife during the morning when she is actually at work. Fourthly, I didn”t receive any notification that my order, and the delivery request contained therein, was not acceptable. Needles to say the flowers where not delivered, causing me great humiliation with my wife”s colleagues as it was part of proceedings they planned for her Not one consultant even tried to apologize for the mess, or even tried to come up with a workable solution. I still haven”t received a notification that my order was canceled, nor have I been refunded. It is totally unacceptable that a company can not be held accountable for their actions and the companies employed by them.

After I a 20 year old student saw the amazing Castle Lager customization special I thought this would be the most amazing gift I could give my dad for Fathers Day, seeing that this would be a gift like no other. I received the order approximately a week later which was great. I did not want to gift this present in the ugly brown box so I opened it, after removing this box it came to my attention that my order was wrong, instead of having my dad’s name customized on it, it had someone else’s dads name (sorry to them as well). I immediately emailed to NetFlorist only to wait 11 working hours where they state after 9 you will receive a reply I had to call them. After talking to them and the call center representatives talking to their managers they said that they will not be able to fix this error, they would give me a refund, and I can keep the beer. This is great, but not the point, NetFlorist “Guaranteed 100% Satisfaction”, what a lie, so now I need to wait for a reply to receive a refund, I am not going to be able to give my dad a present on Fathers Day, I will not receive a new order to fix their mistake. As a student I don’t have money to go buy something now, the emotional pain this company has put me through and not even caring seems to be very disappointing. I will not recommend this company to anyone, they blatantly lie on their website, and clearly what you see is definitely not what you get. I really hope that I am the only one who had this bad experience along with the other family who has to give their dad my dad’s present and visa versa. Continuous efforts to try and pay for the flowers on the site, all my details had been correct but every transaction is showing unsuccessful. Then had to wait forever to get ahold of a consultant. The gift was a Congratulatory gift to the parents of the groom. They are travelling to Stellenbosh tomorrow and I somehow do not believe that my friends will be at home tomorrow to accept a bottle of bubbly from me. Despite the above 100% guarantee and the fact that I am supposed to feel warm and fuzzy with the service, I am not!!! Received goods on 1 June 2017. Wanted to check the chocolate order and opened the cooler box. Had to rewrap gift (for a sympathy gift for that day). As I could not rewrap the Lindt balls, I decided to eat one. They tasted like chemicals (assuming from the packaging). I immediately informed Netflorist and he said he had to look into it. After numerous calls and emails, we are still awaiting collection and a refund (14 June 2017). Each time I call in to follow up I must re-explain my entire story and have left 2 messages for a manager to get back to me. I do not see the point of this 100% guarantee as this has had to be looked into for 12 days now. If I am not satisfied as a customer, I should not have to explain myself and you should collect the product and look into it in your own time. This has left more than just a bad taste in my mouth. Flowers were ordered as a gift for a special occasion and an email was received to say the flowers had been delivered and signed for by ‘Chris’. This raised suspicion as there was no Chris at the address to which the flowers were to be delivered. I replied to the mail querying the delivery and I phoned the intended recipient to see if they had received the flowers and they confirmed that no flowers had been delivered. Netflorist were completely disinterested. According to their system the flowers had been delivered so all was fine. They ignored the fact that they had delivered them to the wrong address. In the meantime I had the family canvasing the neghbourhood to establish if there was a “Chris” and if he had taken delivery of the flowers. We did eventually find him and had to make our our arrangements to go and collect the flowers from him and deliver them to the correct address. Netflorist did not once accept responsibility for the incorrect delivery nor did they offer to rectify the situation. They claimed that the recipients had arranged for Chris to take delivery of the flowers which was completely not true because not only did the intended recipients not know this Chris, the gift was not expected therefore they could not possibly have made any sort of arrangement. Apart from all of this the gift was not received on the day of special occasion The only communication I have received form Netflorist is that the recipient has received the flowers.

Good afternoon, I wish to express my sincere disappointment to the quality of service and commitment we received from NetFlorist. On Wednesday 29 November my daughter contacted the Netflorist Customer Service line as my husband wanted to surprise me with a bunch of flowers at work for my birthday Thursday 30th November. My daughter made the payment as direct by Kayle Lackay (Service Consultant) and asked him to please conform once payment has been received. By Thursday morning she had no confirmation from Kayle and when she called back – Kayle advised her that on his side it shows “Payment failed” she asked him why he did not call her back and told her as they want the flowers delivered today. He then advised her to send him proof of payment and he will get it sorted. By 14h00 the afternoon she had no reply from Kayle. Much to her and my husband”s despair as like a previously said this was going to be a surprise gift from my birthday! When she called back again – Kayle advised her that delivery would not be possible on that day as he needs to escalate this matte to IT Personnel. With no apology or remorse he again said he would come back to her. Needless to say that the call AGAIN never happened. In tears on Thursday afternoon she tells me about the dilemma and says she does not know what to do. I then contact the Netflorist number on Friday 1 DECEMBER at around 12h00 (A DAY LATER AFTER MY SURPRISE GIFT WAS SUPPOSE TO ARRIVE!) then had the pleasure to speak to Lerato Tshwaela who advised me she was the Team Leader. With a bit of hope I gathered that this would be sorted with no despair as in a Supervisory position she would and should sort the matter in no time. Lerato too advised that she would investigate the matter and come back to me within 5 minutes. Needless to say that by 15h00 that afternoon I had to call Lerato back again only to be told that she too has now escalated the matter to the IT Department and that delivery again would not take place as there were no driver”s available! Furthermore, Lerato assured me that delivery would take place at my home the Saturday morning and that she would contact me for the delivery details. Today is Monday 4 December, NO FLOWERS, NO CALLS AND NO REFUND!!! I am so disappointed in the services we have received – or rather say the service my daughter and husband received after trying out of good will to send me a SPECIAL BIRTHDAY GIFT! Netflorist has ruined this for them and to date has no one called us to tell us the solution in CLEARLY the HUGE ERROR from NetFlorist staff!! The company I represent funds a sum of money to NetFlorist for their floral arrangements and gift! However I have made my experience known to my peers and Management as this is totally unacceptable service. I will also make our experience know on Hello Peter – cause clearly there was no aim to please in this instance!

Good day Netflorist states that they deliver customer care excellence. I think not. Last night I wanted to order a gift for my daughters birthday. I went in and selected a gift and a pop up screen came up stating that I would get 10% off my order for the next hour. Based on this I ordered another item yet when I got to the check out it would not take the said code. I then phoned to try and find out why. I was told that it doesnt work on personalised items. When I queried this I was told that it just doesnt and they dont know why? As the pop up menu did not state that it is only relevant to certain items or excludes other items, I felt that I was owed a reason as to why personalised items were not included. No reason could be given and I was angry and wrote to customer services stating that they should close my account. Their reply is attached below – in a nutshell, whatever, (still no reason why it wont work on personalised items) and here let me help you close your account. Wow!! Having spent close on R15000 on my personal and business account at Netflorist in the last year, I wouldve thought that my business meant a bit more than that?? Good day Order [protected] I am seriously not impressed with Netflorist anymore, I seem to always have an issue with orders and deliveries of late? If I was in the country I would not have to make use of your services but seeing as I do not have that luxury I am dependent on you to do it for me, thus I would expect you to handle my request for which I pay hard earned money in the manner that I would have done. The card was delivered with no message written inside – I did write down the message I wanted in the card – why was it not written on the card? Good day, I have ordered something for same day delivery and called at 15:00 to hear if it will be delivered by 17:00 due to that being business hours. I was rudley told that it will only be delivered half past 5 but he will speak to his driver and get back to me. He never called back. When I called again 16:10 the excuse was that it is going to be late due to traffic. I fail to understand that if a order is ready for delivery at 15:00 how it takes 2 and a half hours to get delivered within their delivery circle. Netflorist will never have me as a customer again. Worst service, delivery time and most rude customor care people ever.

Good morning, I am trying to phone your offices but there is no answer. My order was delivered at 16h40 and obviously the office was closed. I received a msg that an agent was going to call me shortly but i am still waiting even now. Have contacted several times over the past 2 weeks. Received on Mothers day 2 x Carol Boyes mugs in a box and noticed immediately that 1 was chipped. Sent on photos and item number [protected]. Was told on 17 May “still waiting for our stock department to confirm if that item is still available, so we can collect and exchange”. Since then no further correspondence received despite sending numerous emails to follow up. Would like some feedback please as to when delivery can be arranged to replaced the mug. many thanks

Hi I called this afternoom to follow up on my order i was placed on hold for over 5 minutes. I called back again amd was then told to hold. I continued holding on for 13 minutes. I called back again 3 times. No answer… i have called out over R50 worth of airtime and still didnt get anywhere. The service is pathetic. Ive always loved using netflorist but this was the last time!! And no one even has the decency to call me back. The gift that was also dated to be delivered today still has not even arrived. Hi place my order on 29 April a week before the delivery date, and they never delivered the perfume gift. Why are they still operating and allowed to do this to people. Most people who use services like that are far away from their loved ones and this is they only way they can share in birthday, weddings and funerals. And we are left helpless and disappointed. Some things cannot be undone. They should be stopped.

I have since the 26 of Jan waiting for the Netflorist consultant Portia Sibanda to get back to me on my refund. But she is extremely unprofessional and is ignoring my emails. People like that shouldn”t be working in a call center! I refuse to accept a voucher as this forces you to place an order. I spend a lot of money at Netflorist and extremely disappointed at the service. This is not the first time that I experienced bad service.

Hi… I have a complaint… I previously used netflorist and had no issues… However today was my anniversary, and my husband wanted to surprise me with the mix daisies in pottery vase… And he purchased a greeting card… First of all the delivery came so late… At 18:45 pm… 2nd the greeting card purchased @ r19.95 was not delivered!!! Instead a cheap little standard card from the florist came with the diasies… And 3rdly… The vase is not a vase. Its not a pottery vase. Its a cheap little basket… And it cost r189.95??? I am disgusted by Netflorist”s absolute failure to deliver a product ordered for my fathers 70th birthday. I ordered wines etc that were meant to be delivered on Friday – it”s Wednesday today, his birthday has come and gone and no delivery. I have contacted the call centre multiple times and have simply had NO help – NO answers – just false promises to come back to me via phone and email and ZERO delivery on any of these promises. A week ago to the day i ordered a delivery to be sent to someone, the order arrived not as per advertised with the sign missing – I spoke to Jordan at Netflorist who advised she would attend to this and rectify this, a week later she has not bothered to do anything, i have sent various emails with only 1 response saying it would be resolved this was on Thursday 03 October. I am so disapoited in the service that I recieved from Netflorist. On the 26/06/2018 delivery [protected] was suppose to happen however the delievry did not happen. When the flowers came were no longer fresh. They did not even call me they left the delivery with security nit even checking if I will be there. Before close of business a return email received from netflorist stipulating all is in order. Delivery date ordered was for 1 February. That is pathetic service, could this not have been ascertained on Friday to ensure all would be in order for delivery date. I am very disappointed with NetFlorist. For the second time now, they have not delivered. First my husband ordered flowers for me on my birthday 5th September 2018. I waited the whole day and no delivery. The next day I called to enquire and they told me the flowers were not available in my area. They offered a voucher which I accepted. Today is my husbands birthday, he is in the UK. I ordered and paid on Friday 2nd November 2018, order no [protected]. Again the order has not been delivered. I even paid an extra fee for the gift to be delivered before noon. The day is done and no delivery. I called the call centre twice today and they couldn’t even give any assurance when it would be delivered. Netflorist has ruined both of our birthdays. I called Netflorist to find out if they deliver to St.Lucia, Kwa-zulu Natal. After the sales agent checked for me, she confirmed that they did deliver to the area. I ordered the flowers online for my mothers birthday and on her birthday I tried tracking the order online. After no tracking was reflected I called them only to be told that they do not deliver to St.Lucia in Kwa-zulu Natal. What a disappointment as when I placed the order online it gave St.Lucia as an option. Why would you list a town that you DO NOT deliver to? The agent then called me back to say that they deliver to St Lucia but only hampers…NOT flowers! I suggest that you contact your web developer and make some adjustments to the website in order to prevent disappointing any more customers.

I had arranged the delivery of a craft beer and biltong box intended as a Birthday present for my partner – order number [protected] on the 18th July 2019, Fourways Cedar Lofts. As my partner was opening the box, he noticed that the box had a customized sign ‘For our superhero Dad from KG and Hlale…’. the content of the box didn’t match my order either. We clearly had someone else’s order. At which point, less than 30 min after delivery, I contacted Netflorist Customer service and was put through to a consultant, Keanu. I communicated to him that this was a birthday present and birthday’s only last a few hours. After a few hours he contacted me saying that I needed to send pictures of the item . I did so. I heard nothing. I called again the following day to find out what was happening and if they were planning to pick the item up at any point. I was told it was too late to send out the delivery and I should call them again on Monday. This really upset me. Since I was a customer who had paid for a service/product – a service/product that was not delivered. Not to mention the poor kids who didn’t get the gift they ordered their father. The onus of your mistake was somehow on me?! I told the new consultant that I had no interest in doing a swap or replacement and that I wanted a full refund. She then said that refunds could only be processed once items were returned. She assured me that Monday morning someone was sure to pick up the incorrect item. I waited and waited…then emailed Keanu once again. I communicated my frustration with their lack in sense of urgency or customer priority. You mean to tell me you can’t resolve this over 3 full working days? I want a refund immediately. It’s really such a shame since I’ve been using Netflorist for over 3 years now. I’ve recommended it to so many people. But you really shouldn’t treat paying customers like this. I doubt that I’ll use this service again. Regards.

I have had terrible service and will not be buying online again at Net Florist. I ordered on the April 21, 2017 to be delivered on Tuesday the 25th of Apr 2017 for a birthday present for the 28th of April. On the 25th I got an email saying my order is out for delivery. I called the following day to find out why I have not received the order yet. It said online that it could not be delivered so I called Net Florist. I got told that the delivery had arrived at my house and apparently told by the house owner that the recipient of the package does not live there ( It is a house and everyone ( 4 people) who resides there knows who lives there). There was no call to say we got the wrong address, no call to tell me my package has not arrived and no call to rearrange another time. Busi the lady who answered said she could arrange the delivery for that day as it was urgent. She never got back to me and I still have not received anything. I have sent many emails with no response and I even called on Friday which someone from your team again promised to call me back to no avail. Still nothing… “The estimated time could vary based on giraffes climbing out of potholes and taxis being.. well, taxis.” Seems that my street must be filled with many obstacles for my package to not even arrive 12 days later after an order. I have just been on the phone to Net florist from the UK for 22 minutes to try and place an order. I cannot believe that I spoke to a helpful lady, Desharne, and after giving all the necessary information plus both my debit and credit card, which I was told were not being accepted, that she realised it had not gone through as the item was not available for delivery in Clarens in the Free State. Surely it should have flagged that up when I gave the address I was sending the item to… Is that just another example of SA inefficiency? Whatever the reason, I will make people aware of Netflorist before ordering .

I have never in my life expierenced such poor services. I ordered a gift box of chocolates for my partner for Valentine”s Day, I put the order in 4 days before the delivery date and I specifically asked the consultant are you sure you guys would deliver on time as I am aware that there could be an excessive amount of deliveries on the 14 February 2018. I was assured no that I shouldn”t worry my order will be delivered on the occasional date being valentines . On the day the delivery hadn”t taken place I called the offices just before the closing time and I waited for 1 hour before getting through to a consultant. Finally getting through I spoke to a colored lady I just cannot remember her name right now, she said that my delivery order time would be at 21:00pm in the evening they failed to tell me that to start with, but either way I kept my calm and said okay. After putting the call down I realized but the address provided for delivery was a work address and I would need to change the address if the order is taking place in the evening. I then called again waited and finally got through to an agent who took my order number and said sorry man your delivery is said to only arrive at the provided address in 2 days time. So I was angry and proceeded to cancel the order as it would be worthless having a valentines gift promised to be delivered on the day delivered 3 days later. The refund has been a distraught thus far and continuous to be the worst ever. Iv called multiple times spoke to multiple agents and all have a different story . I have provided my banking details together with proof of payment a month ago and I have still received nothing. Yesterday I get an email after calling the morning saying that they need proof of payment and banking details again yet iv received an email saying the refund is in process. I have mailed a man by the name of Yanga my documents and he assured me all is in place . Now it is a month later and I am still sitting without a refund no communication from them and still incompetent useless staff.

I have ordered the roses from Netflorist on 28 March. By 30 March the roses heads were already hanging. My first email with photos were send to them on which theyou did not reply. I have send two more emails to them and still got no response. This is completely unacceptable. One pays a lot for flowers and for it to go off in just two days is not acceptable. I did send them photos so that they can see what the flowers look like after two days but they don”t respond at all. I am going to take this further. I will NOT leave it hanging. I have placed an order on 13 Sept 2017 to be delivered as a gift for my son on his birthday. At 17:05 I received an email confirming that my delivery has just left the building and is on its way. As it was a surprise for my son, we have decided to eat in an wait for the gift. At 22:00 he fell asleep and I also went to bed, after waiting at home for the delivery. Next morning I received an email stating that the delivery was unfortunately unsuccessful because no one was at home to receive the gift. However, it is not my first time ordering from them and I know that the normally call you if they believe you are not home. No one called me. On the email they specifically said that “the order will be marked for priority and a new gift will go out as soon as possible”. I went online and the operator assured me that my delivery is scheduled for the 14th. At 12:00 I called them just to confirm delivery and the operator re-assured me of delivery. After 15:00 I called again, and then the operator informed me that there is no delivery scheduled for today. I explained to her that it is one day after my son”s birthday now, and he is going to be so disappointed. She just apologized and said that there will be no delivery for this item. I thought I misunderstood and asked again and again she said no delivery will be scheduled and no one was home the previous night. I asked to speak to a Supervisor. After holding for about 8 min, she come back and said her Supervisor is unavailable and will call me back. After an hour, I called again and guess what .. now the Supervisor just went out. I was so upset and said to her that I give them till 6 to call me back. She never even mentioned that they are closing at 17:30. Needless to say .. nobody called me back. I have send numerous emails … still nothing. Online they advertise 100% satisfaction guaranteed … Funny way of showing it …

I live in different province to my mother, it was my mothers birthday 3 days ago and I sent her flowers, I got the notification that it was delivered and waited patiently for her call to thank me… After 8pm I still did not hear from her so I called her. To my surprise she had not received it. When I called the call, I was advised the depot scanned in the parcel and selected the incorrect return code. So if I didnt call in netflorist would have scammed me of my money and made it look like I didnt care about my mother. Very disappointing service, I had to send my brother the cash to go buy her something and now I need to still waste my time and run after you to get this sorted. Ill never use your company again!!!

I made a purchase on the Netflorist Website on Wednesday, the order was for 2 stems of Orchid Flowers. Upon my mum receiving this, she noticed that it was actually just 1 stem and the leaf was cut in half. There were just 2 leaves in the arrangement and to have 1 cut in half obviously made it look less attractive. I selected the arrangement which I did purely because the pic advertised on their website was of 2 stems of Orchids, had I preferred just 1 stem, I obviously would have selected the cheaper option which was just that. I e-mailed Netflorist right away and received no response. Netflorist claims to have a policy whereby they response to e-mails within 24 hours, this is certainly not the case. Not only are the pics advertised on their website misleading, but their company policy is an absolute ****as well!! I live in the UK, and calling them means incurring additional costs which causes me great frustration and disappointment. Their customer service is pathetic and I would not advise purchasing from them!!

I made an order of flowers and lint personalised chocolate box to be delivered on friday 29th june 2018. Only the flowers arrived! I had about 3 emails that day stating non – delivery, but yet the people of the house were all there. I am most annoyed that you as a company did not honour your promise to deliver on date I specified. It was for a 50th birthday and netflorist ruined the surprise and birthday for the recipient. I sent many emails but only get automated replies and if the person your end does reply its either vague or not rely helpful. I live in the uk and even tried calling both numbers and it just rings and does not even give me any options. You as a company did not had to wait for payment, why should I as a paying customer have to wait for goods to be received. I was told that it would be delivered on the saturday morning but that did not happen, the recipient waited whole day, its monday morning and at the time of my written complaint the delivery still not made. I must say I have never had such bad service from a service provider in a very long time!!! The delivery date was missed by 3 days, and after about 10 calls to get someone to actually do something, the flowers is deliverd 7pm at night. The issue I had with this was the fact that the flowers was halfway dead already, absolutely pathetic, 3 days late and then they give me old and dead flowers. R 739.90 for a half [censor], old bunch of flowers!! Worst service and product ever!! All this after I was promised that each day the flowers will be re-arraged, fresh flowers will be deliverd, and on top of that, that my order will be prioritised because the delivery date was missed. There was a reason for the chosen delivery date!!! I will never ever make use of their services ever again! They say word of mouth is the best form of advertising… So I will be spreading the word!
