I bought a car with them in 2016 for $9000 which ballooned to $12000 after their fees but not including state taxes. I pay almost $400/mo plus their stupid forced coverage ($100) and interest over 20%. I was paying more than my monthly payment(+$50) for an early payoff but realized I wasn”t making much of a dent. At the time, I used my savings for a down payment as my vehicle was not working. My credit at the time took a huge hit but is much better now. They won”t allow me to refinance and I now owe $7500. I”ve not been late but I”m so disappointed in this company. I literally feel cheated. All I want to do is pay off this car but goodness, payments plus insurance is now higher than my rent! I”ll never recommend N. Financial. I think I”m going to refinance with another company than to pay this company another dime.
