The therapeutic experience is focused on empowering you to reclaim your life through a holistic counseling approach designed to provide tools for emotional, cognitive, social, physical, and spiritual healing and growth.Nicole was employed by The Renfrew Center for 4 years and has 13 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families on issues related to eating disorders, relationships, substance abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, codependency, anger management, self-esteem, assertiveness training, and coping with major life transitions.As an advocate working to promote education and awareness of Eating Disorders, Nicole is often called on by South Florida High Schools and Universities to present on a variety of issues related to eating disorders, body image, and self-esteem.
