I recently placed an order through www.nissanpartspeople.com. Three weeks ago, when I initially placed the order, I swear I got a confirmation page and hitting complete order, but thought it was strange I did not get notification through my email. I checked my spam detector. Still nothing. A week went by and still nothing. I decided to go back to the page and try again to place the order. This time I did get a confirmation email, but no information on tracking. How was it being sent? What was the estimated day of delivery? I don’t know, maybe they want you to guess. There is no phone number listed anywhere on the website, even though it says one can be found. I have tried filling out their online form to see where my order is and after multiple attempts, I still have heard nothing. Now, either they are extremely busy and extremely short staffed or someting is wrong with this picture. I reccamend not ordering from this company. .
