Made first purchase 04-29-2014 Single bottle with no auto-ship. Second unsolicited bottle charged to account on 06-02-2014 Called to cancel, went thru nightmare phone menu’s to finally arrive at cancellation menu. Menu stated successful cancellation. Third bottle arrived 07-02-2014 Wife spoke to Jamica who took info and announced that all was cancelled and to return the bottle for credit. Jamica claimed no record of first cancellation. Authorization number requested from her resulted in her promise to send E-mail with the info. Still Waiting This is my first move against them. I will escalate if they continue to play games.
