   I’m up in age and the only thing I do is play games. When I spend the money I exspect to get what I pay for I’ve paid $15.00 5 times and got riped off everytime. shame on these people, Its hard enough to live on next to nothing let alone get ripped off to. I want you to make this good or I will see a lawyer .

   Need some help here. I found a site called Old Vegas Slots via Facebook and really like it. They have lots of games that are exactly like Vegas slots. At this site you get extra credits each time you achieve a new level. Because it’s a slot tournament I have to really click my mouse button fast. Well, I must be really, really fast because I was winning like crazy. Got up to level 1,000 and they stopped giving me credits when I advanced to another level. I had over 150 MILLION in credits. I contacted the game administrator and he said he was going to freeze may account because he thought it had been compromised. The next day I played, with the points they give daily, and when I reached the next level I received bonus points. I contacted the administrator again and told him my account isn’t compromised because I am receiving bonus points at the lower levels and would he please return my 150 million credits. He wrote back and told me he would not return my credits because he suspected fraudulent play. I told him there is no way I could do anything fraudulent on a computer as I am a 63 year old grandmother and can barely use a computer. He still refuses to credit me. I didn’t spend much at this site, maybe $100. But, the max purchase is $25. for 1 million credits. If I’m doing my math right I’d need to spend $37,500. to replace my credits. I reported the site to Facebook but they told me the only thing they could do was to get some of my money back and that they had no control over my credits. Please help me. This is blatant fraud.

   Played 5,000 credits a turn and hit

   Played 5,000 credits a turn and hit 7x10x10. This was a brown seven that paid a base of 20,000. credits x 10×10. This should have been a total of 2,000,000 credits awarded. Instead I received 400,000 credits and when I questioned this I was told that the formula is 10 10 (20) times 20,000. The payout page shows no addition symbols only (X) multiplication symbols. In my opinion this is blatant fraud and when I brought it to their attention they thanked me agave me an addition 100,000 credits for my problems and kept the 1,600,000 that they owe me If this happened to me then it is happening all across the country and needs to be brought to the attention of the Attorney General in all the states that OVS does business with their slot games. If you use OVS count your winnings carefully. P.S. They have no disclaimer in their Service statement.

   Hit for 180,000 credits and then the computer moved the end which eliminated my win. This has happened before and when I contact the company they do attempt to make it right. This time I was told It might be my computer connection. I paid a computer tech to check this out and he could find nothing wrong with my hardware or software or cable connection. Waiting to hear back from “Old vegas slots” with a resolution to this problem. This continues to happen but not on low end bets, only on high end jackpots.
