Ooma customer service is so horrible… unbelievalbe. It took 9 weeks for my number to port, after tens of hours talking with their customer service. They are so nice on the phone, but then nothing happens afterward. They just made another mistake and deactivated my voice mail, and they told me that I can’t ever get it back. Ever. .
