Be careful and don’t buy anything from them unless you want to have troubles with Steam and other services. I wouldn’t call OPSkins reliable, as I was hacked once, but with help of their representative, I was able to get the account back. Next time my account was suspended for no reason and no, it wasn’t hacked. They just noticed a suspicious activity and decided to block it. Took me over 2 weeks to get it back. Last time, one week ago I was banned on Steam because I bought something from OPSkins. I have had enough, no more adventures. Just done with them.
