I spent roughly 2 hours trying to start said Trimmer. Trimmer would not start, I followed all instructions supplied with triI purchased a Craftsman Gas Trimmer on Sunday 3/15/15.mmer. I then spent an hour trying to start it on Monday 3/16/2015. Again trimmer would not start. I packaged the trimmer back up and headed back to store where it was purchased. When I got there I was greeted by an Asian man with glasses, said he was a manager, he did not have a name tag so I didn’t get his name. He then proceeded to say people have issues with these all the time, they don’t know how to start them. I then said sorry I am not one of those customers, I know my tools and know that this trimmer is defective. I then advised him that I wanted to exchange for same model or better and he said did you put gas in it? I replied yes and he said sorry you own it. I then let him know that I had just purchased it and that it wasn’t even used. He said sorry have to send it out for repair and it won’t be back for 2 weeks maybe longer. I then stated that is unacceptable. I just bought this item and needed this item now, today, actually yesterday. Again he stated sorry nothing I can do you put gas in so its yours. I told him again that it was unacceptable and that I would be complaining, he stated do what you have to. I definitely will not be purchasing from this company again and would like my money back for the defective trimmer. I have since purchased another one from a store that cares about its customers. As of 4/1/2015 I have heard nothing from Osh so I decided to pay a visit. I was told sorry nothing we can do come back when there is a manager on duty. Kind of funny, such a big store and they don’t have a manager on site at all times?
