Once the partial payment of 25% was made, they never bothered to look back. I have had concerns with the flights that they had booked and asked them for change of flights as i am travelling with a 3 year old Kid and the lay over time they had given was about 8 hours. Been asking them for an update on this for over 2 months now, there has been no revert. One of the team leads even picked up a fight with me for asking him an update. Extremely unprofessional behaviour from his end. Also we were told that the night tour in Malaysia is included in the package and that he will send me a mail as that has been missed out from the trip itenerary, i have to this date not received that mail of confirmation. All calls/ mails go unanswered. I am really worried as i am traveliing with a small baby. Now i am not sure if i need to cancel and seek a refund or pay and pray that the trip is hazzle free. I had submitted my passport documents initially, now iv got a mail asking to submit passport and PAN details again. The travel expert who was handling my trip seems to have left as my mails to her ID are bouncing back, her phone is switched off. The calls to the customer care number are not answered. We are spending so much on the trip and the least we expect is that the staff is courteous and helpful. Now i have no confidence to pay the rest of the amount. Please let me know how you expect us to trust that we will have a good holiday? Please let us know what the refund policy is? With this kind of service i am really thinking of cancelling the trip. Beware, this website is fraud and before you make bookings they do anything to lure customers and as soon as the bookings are done they turn back from their commitments, they don’t even share their terms and conditions in booking confirmation and tweak the conditions as per their convenience. I got a package booked for Andaman in April and they denied few things in package at the last moment which cost me Rs.15000. When i asked them to refund the amount for the services not provided they conveniently said you can go to consumer court but they won’t refund. Their company’s strategy to earn money is keep the package 10% less for other providers and deny services at last moment and earn 20% more that others. Very unethical and unprofessional. I would recommend avoiding this travel agency if you want a peace of mind and want to enjoy your holidays!

Neither we could take rest nor enjoyed the full trip organized on 1st day, some of the place was missed on the 1st day. Trip which was never scheduled by you on the vert first day. 2) When we arrive at Singapore, your representative was not there to receive at the airport. Your representative reached there after 2 hours. We both had to wait for long time, we were tired and was just waiting at the airport without any reason. We could not make the proper trip on the first day at Singapore also. We did not even have rest, lunch because your representative was late. 3) Your team has asked for passport for issuing the insurance on 1st Nov, which is already with you. Passport copies is already is with Trip Factory but it is again asked by Trip factory… Harman from your team, has replied to me she will provide compensation of 2000 for Bali and will give money back for insurance also (which is 2000) which I am not agree to. For Bali, this 2000 compensation I am not at all agree. For Singapore, where is the reason for delay and what compensation you are going to provide for the harassment on airport. For both places, Bali and Singapore, the 1st day was not less than a harassment, made us restless. I have send a no of email to her in a polite way, but no revert from her end.. NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL… As per her she had given me proper explanation, but I never received any explanation from her side.. what she replied was money back of 2000 +2000. And this is not agreed by me and I even do not know if you have transferred the money back or not. So I need a proper explanation from your people along with the satisfactory compensation…

Hi all I would never recommend anyone to go through trip factory. They are cheaters!!! Trust me I have been trough hell even before I could step to australia trip. Hi People, I would like to share my experience on the package Tour booked through Trip Factory www.tripfactory.com and the travel expert who was in touch with me is the one and only Zaid the greatest person on the earth and his email id [protected]@tripfactory.com. The made me to book a trip to Andaman and they kept of giving excuses for providing itinerary and they didn”t give me until I paid the full amount and after paying full amount dragged for 3 days and emailed me the itinerary 2 days before tge travel date. Frankly speaking the itinerary was not at all worth of the money we paid they had 2 beach tour and rest all everything was waste of money and they provided a vouchers which was not at all clear. Had called travel expert Mr. Zaid he some how convinced me for the trip which I was not ready for and I told him that if the itinerary was sent in advance then I would have not gone for this trip which they offers which is totally waste. After reaching the airport of Andaman there was a big twist and the local tour guide with whom the trip factory had a tie up told that the booked hotel have been change to other hotel and when I called a trip expert Mr.Zaid the unprofessional started convincing me and local tour guide took us directly to city tour after landing at airport they dint give us time for refreshment nor we had lunch and they took to cellular jail and with in few mins we were exhausted and we called the local tour guide asked for a taxi and one more shock he asked us to pay extra for taxi and as per our travel expert Mr.Ziad unprofessional told taxi will be with us all time but these drivers will drop us in a place and will go for other pick ups and make money and after arguing with local guide he gave us taxi but the taxi driver wanted to take revenge for not paying money to him for the trip and he made was to walk for 2 kms giving a excuse as one way and after boarding the cab he took us in the same rouite where we walked for 2 kms and when we asked him why he made us to walk, he had no answer. After that we had lunch and then the local tour manager meeting . We explained him that trip factory booked hotel called White coral which is in out skirts and he told the book was canceled and trip factory had given us a vochers and we called the same white coral phone number they confirmed the booking of the hotel with PNR and when we reached the hotel White coral there was one more shock the contact no printed on the trip factory voucher it”s a fake number and it”s a trip factory”s number and the white coral hotel manager claims that they don”t have tie up with trip factory and they are one of the fake company who books and cancels the booking and later after calling the travel guide and travel expert. They said if u are interested you can stay at the given hotel or to make the your own arrangements and after paying a lakh plus they are not interested to help us. There main aim is to just to grab money and make profit and alsodint provide the break of charges for the trip. every thing was of less cost the taxi the room and city tour or a island tour all together is coming up to 15000 but they charged us 43000 they have more profit margin and one more shock is the hotel where we stay had a duplicate key and in the name of cleaning they had accessed our room without our permission and we also went to log a police complain and also the second day after reaching hotel they told us to vacate the room immediately because since the booking made by the travel agent was only for one day and I was not ready for it since they keep changing every day and every plan but there own. So I called up our unprofessional travel expert Zaid . He told it was already communicated to me by his manager yesterday itself and I never spoke to any one expect the unprofessional expert Zaid and later called up police to sort out the issue and moved to new hotel and hotel was good but the food menu was too high nothing is less than 300 and they all wanted us to spend more and loot more money from us and we stayed there one time dinner bill was 2000 we hardly order food and it was only 4 items and one the third day again they shifted to same old hotel and took us to island and there in the same of snorkeling and scuba they looted us and forced us to take it. I paid for scuba as advance and they dint give me the refund. After reaching hotel we order for food which was half cooked and also the room service boys were confused they were giving us the food ordered by other room occupants and in they billing also they added more food items which we did not ordered for they also charged for laundry a rupees of 1200 which is also a meaning less some how the unprofessional Zaid and the local tour guide and also the hotel looted us big time and they made us to spend more and one thing we should never ever opt for trip factory for any trip and it”s a fake company as confirmed by white coral manager and also they give us the proof for it and any ways I request you people be aware of Trip Factory company they will provide you lowest price but they service and cooperation will be awful and they will loot you big time and I have all the documentation of Trip Factory which misguided me and provided me a false information to me and made my trip miserable. They mentally harrased me made me to suffer after reaching Andaman. According to law and consumer for I am louadge a complaint again the company and also on unprofessional Zaid.

Hi Team, I have booked Coorg and ooty package from Tripfactory from 8th October to 11th october. Initial they given normal rooms, I said them you can take more money but I need good rooms.. he has changed the rooms then I told sachin after seeing reviews that the ooty room is not at all good and he confirmed it is good they charged from 1500 rupees extra for each day. My trip started from 9:30 am to Coorg whole the day was in travel only when I ask driver why going slow he said checking will be there sir … 8th october totally in traveling only. Second day we have seen few places Thursday he started to ooty, I told driver we will see few more place he denied it and started to ooty in the middle he showed one and taken 300rupees extra which should not be done. In 3rd day also totally in Journey to ooty The ooty is worst not worth for money. 4th day drivers showed me ooty in 3:30 hours. And started to Bangalore in the middle he showed safari normally they charging for safari is 700 but driver cheated us and collected 500 rupees extra then he dropped us at hotel in Bangalore and collected 400 rupees extra for late night, I told him Bcz of you only we are late and total trip in traveling bcz of his stupid driving and he is roude and take money 400. Finally result is as below 1) Out of 4 days trip 2:5 days in travel only and we didn”t enjoyed anything 2)Ooty Room not at all good and paid 3500 perday for good room but I didn”t get good room. 3) Driver taken 300 ripped extra for showing a place 4) for safari normally they taking 700 rupees per Jeep and he had collected 1200 rupees from us 5) he has taken forcefully 400 rupees for late night charges. Hi, i had booked a trip from tripfactory. Nothing went as per the itinerary. When i contacted Mr. Ved ( Trip Adviser ) Initially helped then refused. I have opened a ticket somehow it”s closed by the tripfactory. Details are as below : 1. Nothing went as per the itinerary. 2. We need to spend almost 12800 for the sightseeing. 3. Driver was more like an agent. 4. Driver was very rash in driving, he speeding almost 80 to 90 kmph in single road. 5. we manage to save our life 3 times during the journey. 6. He shown us the places which was not in itinerary ( as a agent and we need to spend extra apart from entry tickets ) 7. No places mentioned in the itinerary of Thekkady and Kochi were shown. 8. Agent shown us the open place in Thekkady saying its a SATHRAM forest, but it was not. 9. Agent was refrain us to talking with local people. 10. We manage to search the wildlife century location our own and visited the same. Please provide me the justice. @Tripfactory : How you can close the request without resolution? As you mentioned in the last grievance reply you will provide Rs. 2000 ( Vouchers ) So that i need to book other holiday package from you to be fool again? I have clearly mentioned i don”t want to travel with fake peoples. Secondly as you mentioned in reply that “amount which guest has paid was direct and not to TripFactory ” – driver was provided by you, i was travelling with my wife first time, how you can expect i refused the driver. Anything can be happens there. Right? Hence we need to pay the amount ( and services we took by paying money originally driver / tripfactory needs to show us that, why that not happened?) also you said “The driver who claims to be forced has been working with us since quite long and there is no such complaints received from us” – When Mr. Alok gave me a call he told me we took the action against him as it was second instance, isn”t it? Why are you guys lying? Why are you playing with us? Also you mentioned – “How ever on a goodwill we will give a voucher of 2000/-” – What goodwill sir? This is totally your mistake / Your agents are there just for commission nothing else. I do not want vouchers. ( Attaching the itenary provided by Mr. Ved and travel receipts which i need to paid due to tripfactory driver). I booked a trip through TripFactory to Andaman (Nov 23 to Nov 27). I will never book with them again. It was the worst experience of my life. 1st, I get a call 2 days before my trip saying that my hotel has water issues, which it didn”t. This was a lie to cover up the fact that my hotel was not booked enough though I had received confirmation months before. 2nd, I had to pay an additional unpaid amount at the airport ticket counter for which I am still awaiting refund from TripFactory. 3rd, I had cancelled but rebooked a half day tour in Port Blair, which I didn”t get. 4th, the entire trip I had kept calling their number but no one answers the phone. We were on our toes all throughout. Worst experience ever. I would never recommend anyone to use TripFactory.

I bought a package from trip factory to Ladakh. We are two girls and since We did not have much idea, I preferred to take a package assuming they will help me with a good itinerary and support in case I face any problems. But this is what I realised soon: 1. The itinerary was so poorly planned that it missed out major destinations like pangong, Asian museum, lamayuru etc which we only found after reaching there that these spots existed. 2. Our phone networks stopped working after reaching there and the Wifi availability was very less. Instead of telling us about this ttripfactory asked us to contact on telegram for emergency 3. Due to the extreme weather conditions one of us fell sick and we had no idea what to do so we tried to reach out to them but nobody responded and we were left on our own to figure out our problems and we being two girls we had to completely depend on the locals for help and support 4. We were promised 3 star hotels which we paid for but after reaching we realised the sad state of the hotels which did not have minimum supply of hot water or electricity or Wifi. When we tried to reach them they plainly said we cannot ensure you hot water in the hotels. Basically they did not have any idea of the condition of the hotels. The hotel could not even provide hot water even during check out time at a place with negative temperatures. 5. The places included in the itinerary were mostly closed like the diskit monastery, the Ranchi school, Hemis gompa etc and not operating for the season and clearly tripfactory had no idea about this. And the local guide had no knowledge about the tourist spots. 6. After all the hassels when we tried to reach out to trip factory they did not even bother listening to our problems although they knew we were two girls stranded in an unknown place when asked they said they were not responsible for anything and we should have researched the place before we went The price which they charged was exorbitant for the itinerary they designed for us. All I understood at the end was they are not capable of planning trips, addressing customer issues or even listening to them and they have no respect for customers money. They can go to any level to cheat. I would not recommend trip factory to anybody. I repeat plan your travel with TF at your own risk or your leisure time will turn into a nightmare.

I had a very bad experience with Trip Factory for my Andaman trip. These guys are worst in answering and helping customers. Due to bad weather at Andaman, they didn”t followed any itinerary of my booked package and they made us stay at homestay even though our package had 3+ star hotels. Now when i”m asking for refund of my trip they are saying that respective vendors at Andaman are not providing any refund. They are completely acting as a fraud company and don”t have there own personnel at the travel destination as they only rely on third party vendors for trip management . I had a very bad experience with Trip Factory for my GOA trip [protected] to 23-03-2016). These guys even don”t bother to reply to the mails sent to them with queries. I had sent some queries to them before my travel date which are not answered till date. No calls / no information provided about the trip except the trip voucher. I had booked my trip for port blair ( Trip ref no – TFN000SF4NS) and was supposed to travel on 8th Dec 2016. I get a call on 7th December informing about the weather condition at Port blair and was asked to cancel the trip, subsequently an email was sent my them that i had requested for cancellation and therefore a deduction of 5k would be applicable on my booking. I had accepted their condition as there was nothing else which could be done as the situation was beyond anybody”s control. I was promised a refund within 15 days, which did not happen. The most annoying part is that their representatives don”t answer calls, or as soon as i start my concern on the chat the representative stops responding. This is most unprofessional organization i have ever dealt with.

I have gone through many trips with other travel companies but never had such a horrible experience, which I have to go through trip factory aka criminals. Highlighting drawbacks : no was there to pickup at airport and we have to literally wait for 30 min outside airport. I have shortlisted hotels after doing lot n lot of R&D but it all got wasted as they changed my hotel in havelock to some crappy hotel. I have been put into omni cabs which was not at all in the scene. Manju V is the biggest culprit, even though I informed her on day 1, what is happening with me, she never ever bothered to call me to discuss the short comings. Manju V should be put behind the bars, for money laundering.

I planned my dream vacation with trip factory and it has turned into my worst nightmare.. I was promised a plan, but after my initial payment, a critical change was made to the plan without any intimation. My travel agent’s name was Prashanth B. In our WhatsApp conversations, He has clearly mentioned that he will give option 23 for 4.20 lacks. Five minutes after my first payment of Rs. 50, 000, he has shared the option 24, in which he has replaced the Balcony State room to Interior state room (without any intimation). If he had notified me that he can give the 4.20 package, only by replacing the BSS to ISS, I would have considered other alternatives. Without any notification this has been modified. Please help in rectifying this, I have spent much money and time into this plan, that this issue is stressing me out completely. Already 1 lakh 10 thousand paid. Now prashanth is openly threatening that if I do not pay the remaining amount my trip will be auto cancelled and no refund will be provided. Is there no ethics, is it my mistake to trust trip factory. Hope someone responsible from trip factory will help on this..
