I purchased two lights that failed little over a year. I contacted us rep Scott, I agreed to upgrade paid more money 30 days later got replacement. They have no stock in us shipped directly from china. This system failed 4 months later, again had to deal with Scott, horrible attitude, explained system completely down corrals were dying, they showed no concern. after trading emails and phone texting, again Scott very rude, received replacements directly from china, no instructions nothing in English. Took 30 days to get and Scott admitted that nothing is stocked in u.s.. I would not recommend them to anybody, they can not be committed to this market when both times took 30 days to get replacements and shipments came directly from china. There lights have cost me well in excess of a $1000 in lost animals. The truth worth of any company is how they handle problems, orphek is horrible. This is the worst company that I have Ever dealt with. Don’t buy unless you are looking for a ver expensive light that will be disposable because their lack oF support. Go to their web site and try to find contact info, Scott apparently is a one man show in us, who has a cell phone and email address. Go luck in getting them to respond in a reasonable amount of time.
