The IOP/PHP allows patients to come & receive group therapy and return to the comfort of their own homes. While in the IOP/PHP, patients are under the care of a psychiatrist and receive therapy from a licensed behavioral health professional.The Frequency of attendance is tailored to each patients individual needs. The goal of IOP or PHP is to reduce patients participation in the program as symptoms improve and eventually discharge to a less structured treatment.
