Be aware of a Rip-Off directly affecting your credit score. I recently went to apply for an appartment and found out that a judgement was on my credit report for something I had paid off. Last year I recieved a call from Pacific Aquisitons, LLC and they stated that If I wanted to settle a debt for$1500.00 with an outstanding ceditor, that I could do so with 2 payments of $750.00 each. The money was taken out of my checking account and when I recently needed to move because of health reasons (Breast Cancer), I found out that I could not get an apartment because I have an outstanding judgement in my name. I am shocked, and so stressed out right now I don’t know what to do. I have to move in the next 30 days and can not do so because of this. If anyone out there knows how they could help me, or what I can do about this please respond to my report. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration. .
