Beware!! I am currently in dispute with this company, long story short I already paid for the shipment and it was delivered, but they charged my credit card an additional $300 due to their saying I used the wrong freight class. I used the class they gave me! When I first contacted PAF, I asked their rep what freight class to use, at the time explaining I was new to shipping freight. I sent several successful shipments using the freight class their rep gave me. The class I used on the shipment in question was that very same class given to me by that Pacific Atlantic Freight Rep, and I have all the emails to show that yet they insist on trying to charge me saying that I am responsible because I used the wrong fright class. They keep saying I signed saying that they could charge me additional fees if I gave inaccurate information but I did not give inaccurate info, they gave me inaccurate info!! They have no business just charging me more like that. I sent several successful shipments with them (all using the same freight class by the way) previous to this issue so I was a good customer to them but they do not care. I have used different companies since then with no issues – stay away from PAF they are a horrible business.
