I purchased a 1997 Palm Harbor 28/52 manufactured home. I reported to Palm Harbor that My lights were diming on the master bedroom side of the house only when an curling iron wad plugged into any socket or an iron. The lights would dim so dark. They sent an electrician of my hoice out and he cold not troubke shoot the probem. He ssis it was mnufactured defect. Then they sent an electrician if t cameheir choice and they could not trouble shoof the problem either. They promised to send someone out from the company and he never came. Later I found out that the built in alarm does not work either. Now everything that I plug into the socket such as heaters makes my breakers trip. It is a dangerous situation. I have 15 more years to pay for this defective home. This jacked up home us falling apart. 150,000 dollars for something throwed together and poorly designed and built. I donot recommend any body to purchase a Palm Harbor Manufactured mobil trap. After you sign the dotted line, there will be no consumer satisfaction.
