I usually want my time to be spent with my family, and as soon as I get some time off from the workplace, we plan to go somewhere. I don’t give a negative review to any company normally but this time, I have to because of the services I received from this hotel made me really disappointed. I decided to spend my vacation on Hawaii beaches, to get relax my mind and some fresh air. For that, I did some research and decided to stay at one of the hotels which were adjacent to Kuhio Beach Park. Park Shore Waikiki Hotel is located in Honolulu, Hawaii. Their website claims they have one of the best professional staff to cater their customers, but all the claims they made were unable to satisfy me as they can’t even provide me with basic amenities. Well, this was the first time I had seen someone to do that. You wouldn’t want to get fooled by attractive lobby pictures or so because they don’t have anything like that, their rooms are outdated and smell, upon asking for the room cleaning service several times to clean my room they still did not arrive. Also, there was no regular vacuum and no wipe down of counters. Upon reaching I also got to know that the hotel is been under new management now and the pictures which I saw online were outdated as amenities have also been omitted. Even the pictures of the bed are misleading. I guess Park Shore Waikiki Hotel should not lie to their customers and do not mislead them and make sure they deliver what they have committed. Also, they have faulty alarm systems, I am only writing this because I was woken up by them at least 4 times. After complaining about it to management, they came up with the lame excuse that it was because of the rainy weather. I believe that if there is one thing a hotel should provide is a secure and proper sleeping arrangement so that their customers can at least relax after a long day of traveling. I also believe that companies should not lie to their customers and should maintain a healthy relationship with them. Lately, during my stay at Park Shore Waikiki Hotel, the girl at the front desk told me that they are going to charge a refundable deposit on the account of amenities. This place has no amenities no gym, no spa, and the wifi was unable to connect because of poor signals, the pool I saw was used by one person in the eight days. When we were about to check out they charged us $400 for the services we didn’t even receive. Also upon complaining to the manager told me that the girl at the front desk is new and she doesn’t know about it. My vacations turned out a horrible nightmare for me and I would not like to visit this place again anymore.
