I had a car which I bought in 2013. The car has been functional and serving our needs well, but the car could no longer travel for long distances. There was this one time we visited Santa Ana and got stuck along the way. The engine overheated and we had to look for a mobile mechanic. I spent a lot, and we had a terrifying time. My wife suggested it was time to get another car. I agreed to this and started looking for a good looking car that would fit our needs. There were various car dealers in Wesley Chapel, and I had to research each and every one of them online. It was during this exercise that I came to learn about Parks Alfa Romeo of Wesley Chapel. This particular dealer has been operational for quite sometimes now and has been offering the best cars in Wesley Chapel for years now.
Their online website was well established, and they had a great online presence. Their collection was explicit, and they had amazing cars on sale. I decided to book an appointment to see what they had to offer. I called the customer support number posted on their website. The customer support agent who answered my phone kept holding my call. It seems there was another important call she was attending to. I found this disappointing, and so I hang up. After two hours, the same lady called me apologizing for her earlier behaviour, and she scheduled me an appointment during the weekend.
I arrived earlier before my appointment to familiarize myself with their car collection. To my surprise, the dealer did not have a parking lot, and I was forced to look for one a few blocks away. This was a complete waste of time, and I got late for my appointment. The manager was angry as I got late, but I explained if they had a parking lot, things would be easy on their clients. He finally took me to their showroom and the cars available were amazing. The vehicles were in great shape, especially the new ones. I liked one particular car; 2019 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio RWD. This car was in good shape, and I was ready to pay for it. The manager informed me I had to make full payment before the car was delivered to me. I paid everything and was expecting my car to be delivered within a day a two. Can you imagine it took them a full month to deliver the car? The worst part was that they kept ignoring my calls. I was even forced to involve the authority to have my car delivered. The experience was horrible!
