On February 19, 2014 I ordered parts to repair my 1994 Pontiac ransport Van. I intially recieved 3 of the 5 items ordered very quickly and was immediately impressed. However, since that date the remianing two items still have not been delvered, I have initiated three customer service tickets since that time without any response from them. I have filed three reviews on Trust pilot – and still no response. I have tried no less than 6 times to call them, only to be put on automatic hold for up to an hour at a time. They do not answer their phones either. Since this company has no problem taking money for items ordered, then not filling the order completely, I would avoid doing any busness with them at all costs. It is not worth the aggravation of the hassle of trying to get what you paid for. Any reputable copmpany would have followed up and responded to a customer complaint – this one does not .
