Don’t use this store! We needed a new stand for our TV and thought Partstore.com would be a good option since they’re part of bestbuy. We were wrong. The information we got from their site, was incorrect. We searched our model TV and order the stand and parts that they recommended. When it arrived, it was not correct. We called customer service and they could have cared less. Made little effort to correct the situation. We asked if they would expedite the correct stand and they wouldn’t. Ordering direct from LG now and have wasted over a week. After this, I searched them online and alot of people have had the same problem…

I needed a TV stand base. Ordered the part. Got the part and needed another part to go with it. Called and was told I needed 3 parts, but they only had 2 in stock and the third part that they didn”t have was just the screws, etc., so ordered the 2 they told me I needed to go with the base I already had. Got the shipment and guess what? They sold me the same stand base (different part # and $70 more in prace than the first I bought). Called and was send a return shipping label for UPS. Put stand base in original packing and box it was sent to me in. Shipped back. Got an email stating the part was received, but damaged and so there would be no refund. So here I am, screwed by a scamming company. Wow, learned my lesson. I will never deal with this company again and my online shopping has definately been curtailed. It”s brick and mortar stores for me from now on.

I ordered a part and actually paid a higher price because their site said it was IN STOCK. A week later, they send me an email saying that it’s not in stock, but lo and behold, it’s supposed to arrive today. Called customer service and the operator even said that the site still currently shows that the part is in stock even though they don’t have any and haven’t received the shipment that’s supposed to be in “today”. Hooey. If they’re going to announce availability, it needs to be accurate. My guess is that with this company, every product is “IN STOCK”, meaning that someone, somewhere in the world has it in stock…but probably not them. I will never order from these clowns again.

I ordered a part for a washing machine, the web site stated the part was in stock…i checked several days later to see if it was shipped…no one would answer their phone..only a recording, they do not respond to emails, I want to cancel this. The part is not in stock according to my online account info…so I want to cancel it, they will not respond to email, or phone calls. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ONLINE STORE TO ANYONE, THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, FRAUDULANT BUSINESS, DO NOT USE THEM…CON ARTISTS ARE RUNNING THIS SITE!!!
