I had ordered parts on their website on March 17th, 2014. Paid in full. It took them 10 days to get the item shipped, after I filled a Dispute with my bank about the order. I had also called prior to wanting my order refunded to their customer service number listed on their website (877-426-9008) and emailed them to. I got no response. After filing dispute with my bank, I got no call from them or email, just a notification that my order we refunded. That was on the 26th. It is now the first of April, and the refund has yet to post to my account. So I escalated the dispute with my bank, and get an email again with the UPS tracking number. I check the tracking number and they shipped my part out on the 27th after they had told me they refunded, so once again poor communication from the seller. In the mean time, my car has been sitting on a jack now for a total of 14 days so far waiting for this part. I had ordered another part of the same for the left side of my car from, Rock Auto and got it in two days. My advice for everyone, if you decided to shop through this website, expect delays and poor customer service, and to be lied too about refunds. It took them getting notification from bank from a dispute claim for them to ship my parts out. .
