This number says it’s a debt collection agency. We run our credit OFTEN because we have been victims of identity theft. I call back the number and they won’t give me "Melissa Hilton." There is nothing on our credit that says we are delinquent and it really ticks me off that there are people out there who have nothing else to do but harass people relentlessly. The tele number is 1-877-380-3000 contact person: Melissa Hilton (which I might add is a computer generated name).

I hve received two phone call from
I hve received two phone call from angencies attempting to collect ona payday loan i never requested or received. They have stolen my identity. They have threatened to have been arrested on a criminal complaint they have supposedly filed with th elocla prosecutor. Now Check Systems has called and toldme that they are collecting of a fraudulent checkI wrote. They backtracked and then stated that beacuse i authorized the withdrawl from my bank account that is considered a fraudulent check. They are wrong. It’s a scam and fraud. I have filed complaints with my State Attorney General and the FTC.

Calls are constanlty coming in at my work place, others are ansering the telephone. This company is calling my family and friends, telling them that I have a warrant for my arrest, leaving this type information over the telephone. They are pretending to be respentation of Law Enforcement. The case number they provided is: 090084573. The telephone number is: 1877-380 3000. Unable as to the name of the business.
